Looking for an adventure, a time of laughs and relaxing moments – play board games with us and have fun. It is free and all are welcome. Board Game Club meets about twice a month in CVA. Come to the launching session for games, drinks and snacks. Board game refers to games playable on a table by one to more than ten players. The games are largely divided into three categories: boards, cards and dices; while in many occasions a combination of two or all of these. The games may also comprise of tokens, stones, and miniatures. Game plays are directed by strict rules such as Chess and Go, or simply push your luck like Yahtzee. Furthermore, the latest designed game usually carry themes derived from mythology, history, science, fictions and non-fictions, thus there are titles such as Cyclades, Hannibal & Hamilcar, Bios-Genesis, Godfather, Networks. However, board game is not something new and it can be day back some 4,000 years ago in Near East and Africa, e.g. Mancala. With the help of fund-raising engines, in particular the Kickstarter, board games production has been speeded up to hundreds per week from hundreds per year in recent years.
