• During the BMW M MotoGP Experience 2019 at the selected GP, BMW M GmbH (Gesell-schaft für individuelle Automobile, Daimlerstrasse 19, 85748 Garching, Germany), and/or a photographer commissioned by BMW M will take photographs or record video material in which event participants may be visible and recognisable.
• The participant hereby grants BMW M the transferable right, without receipt of payment, to use, publish, alter or duplicate these photographs or video material at any time or place, and in any media, for the purpose of internal and external communication and PR work
• BMW M is permitted to engage third parties in order to exercise these rights.
• Further details regarding the processing of your personal data by the BMW M GmbH and your rights can be found online in the BMW M GmbH privacy policy*.

• Paddock Access: Access for all guest cannot be guaranteed at all times.
