MotoGP™ CALENDAR 2021

Due to the global pandemic situation caused by Covid-19, certain conditions and special mandatory measures will apply to the MotoGP VIP Village™, including a security protocol and specific contingency plan known as MotoGP VIP Village™ Contingency Plan 2021, as well as other measures or regulations that may be indicated by local authorities, at the time of the Grand Prix.

These measures may affect the services offered in the MotoGP VIP Village™ as well as the inclusions of the VIP Package acquired, contemplated in this document.

The MotoGP VIP Village™ Contingency Plan will be available and at disposal of the clients. Please refer to www.motogpvipvillage.com and /or contact a sales representative for it.

The sales policy and terms of purchase of the VIP Packages detailed below affects only and exclusively the Motorrad Grand Prix von Österreich 2021.

All clients acquiring a MotoGP VIP Village™ Pass must acknowledge and accept the Terms and Conditions established in this Registration Form (RF).

PRICINGTWO DAYS PACKAGE (SATURDAY & SUNDAY): 1,300 € + 20% VAT.Applicable VAT subject to local legislation, at the applicable rate on the territory in which the Grand Prix is held and at the time that the Grand Prix is held.

SPECIAL PRICING CONDITIONS FOR CHILDREN⋅ 0-2 years old: Free.⋅ 3-15 years old: 50% reduction.⋅ From 15 years old: Full price.

DEADLINE FOR BOOKINGSYour purchase or booking must be formalized with previous payment with a minimum period of 30 days prior to the date of the Grand Prix. After this date, IES reserves the right to admit new bookings requests.

CANCELLATION POLICY*For all purchases made for the 2021 Motorrad Grand Prix von Österreich and for the use during it.

1. Cancellation of the Grand Prix by Dorna and / or the Governmental Authorities⋅ 100% refund of the total amount of paid for the VIP Pass.

2. Suspension of the Corporate Hospitality Platform (MotoGP VIP Village™) but the Grand Prix takes place.⋅ 100% refund of the total amount of paid for the VIP Pass.

3. Cancellation by the client:The cancellation policy on the part of the client will be applied regardlessof the reason that incurs it, considering any cause instigated by the current pandemic situation.⋅ Up to 30 days before the date of the Grand Prix:

100% refund of the amount paid for the VIP Pass indistinctly. No penalties.⋅ Less than 30 days before the Grand Prix:

100% penalty. NO right to refund under any circumstances.

4. VIP VOUCHER Option to request a VIP Voucher for the value of the amount paid, subject to clause1 and 2 taking place. The VIP Voucher needs to be redeemed during the 2021 season,always according to specific Term & Conditions

A Covid-19 Health Certificate, or equivalent proof of not being infected by Covid-19, will be mandatory to access MotoGP VIP Village™ areas. Relevant local health and safety laws and/or regulations, or local authorities’ guidance, will apply to the MotoGP VIP Village™. IES will implement the corresponding safety protocol and controls.

It is highly recommended to go directly from the reserved VIP parking (perfectly separated from other areas) to theMotoGP VIP Village™ Hospitality Area and vice versa

The venue capacity and maximum occupancy has been revised as

well as the hygienic and cleaning service to ensure a safe & secure

environment for our guests.

The delivery of the VIP services and experiences will be guaranteed by a

safe & secure protocol complying with the MotoGP™ Contingency Plan

at all the times.

Legal notice: All customers purchasing a MotoGP VIP Village™ Pass shall acknowledge and accept

the Terms&Conditions described in the Registration Form and/or during the online purchase transaction.

IES must follow the Covid-19 protocol at all times, and always according to the local regulations at

the circuit and location of the MotoGP ™ Corporate Hospitality platform.

All services provided via the MotoGP VIP Village™ packages may be affected by this and therefore may

change in order to adapt to the necessary protocol.
