Bluebell Meadows, Newport is our leading eco-friendly development of starter and family homes.

The park is also full of edible fruit; including a large orchard at Pan Lane with apple and pear varieties along the bridleway, ‘fruiting hedges’ with gooseberry, currants, apples and hazel nuts. The park is part of the Island’s Incredible Edible campaign - creating places where fruit is free and can be safely eaten; whilst leaving plenty for the birds and the squirrels!
Wildlife in the park ranges from rare dormice in the woods and hedges, to bullheads and water crickets in the pan streams, with barn owls hunting over the fields in the evening.
Pan Country Park is the island’s newest park and is free for all the family to enjoy. Running from Staplers Road to Pan Lane the park is over 10 hectares/24.7 acres of beautiful flower meadow, old woodland, ancient hedgerow, streams, springs and ponds and is bursting with wildlife.
