T o obta in ap p rop ria te a ccu ra cy at m in im u m co s t, a g re a te r p ro p o rtion o f la rg e than o f s m a ll es tab lish m en ts is stud ied . In com bin ing the data, h ow ever , a ll es tab lish m en ts a re g iven th e ir app rop ria te w e igh t.
