The Details:• A Birthday party Package is for up to 10 participants in harnesses.• Minimum height for any participant: 125cm.• A Climbing Buddy will stay with group for up to 2 hours including ground school.• Free time allows participants to play without direct supervision.• All prices plus GST.

The Add Ons:• Additional Participant: $35.00• Additional Climbing Buddy with package: $60.00 each (2 hours).• Picnic tables and a Picnic shelter and limited lockers are available on a ‘first come,

Snow Valley Aerial Park utilizes the state of the art “Clic-it” safety harness system on a high-ropes tower featuring over 110 elements. All elements are rated either Beginner, Intermediate or Extreme throughout the 3 levels!

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:• All children under the age of 10 or under 140cm, must have 1 paid harnessed

chaperon for every 3 kids. • Children over the age of 12 require that an adult is available on the grounds.• We request that Birthday Party’s arrive 30 minutes early to complete check-in process

to ensure waivers signed, washroom visited, valuables secured and everyone is ready to go at the time they booked.

• Adventure time on the tower is up to 3 consecutive hours.• All skills will be taught prior to your actual adventure on the tower during the 20

minute 'Ground School' session.

More AWESOME Stuff to Know:• Outdoor active clothing, along with appropriate footwear (i.e. running shoes) is

required. • Each participant on the Tower must be able to pull themselves up a few inches in the event they lose momentum or fall

before reaching any given landing platform. Adults may need to help children with the “Clic-it” Safety Belay system.• Harnessed participants should not leave the Tower area once Ground School is complete. it is recommended that

participants use the washroom and safely secure personal items prior to Ground School. Exceptions will be made for washroom breaks.

• Due to safety concerns, personal cameras, phones, loose objects, jewelry, and scarves are not permitted while playing on the tower. Eyeglasses to have retainers (available for loan or purchase). Head scarves are permitted but must be tied in the back rather than under the chin.

Booking Stuff!• All bookings to be done 2 weeks in advance and cannot be booked on-line.• 20% transferable deposit is required at time of booking. 48-hour notice is

required to rebook.• Number of participants must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance.• If you wish to re-book your Birthday Party for any reason, 48-hour notice is

required. • All children (and participating Adults) must have a completed waiver prior to

the party. A link will be provided for your booking so that participants may access it.

• Waivers must be completed a minimum of 48 hours before the party.• Any 'no shows' passes will be donated to our Community Initiative Program.• Late arrivals to a Birthday booking will be accommodated at the discretion of

the operator.• Dress appropriately for the weather.

• Light rain and wind will not affect safety.• If Snow Valley delays the party due to bad weather, we will resume the party within an hour if possible.• If we are unable to resume, we will rebook party to a time later the same day or will provide a rain cheque. No individual

rain cheques will be issued.
