Officer Fabrycki reports:On 01/01/12 at 1058 hrs, Officers stopped a vehicle bearing noregistration plates in the Wild Bills Saloon parking lot (1454 S 92 St). On arrival, we spoke withthe driver, Shaun P. Powers (MA/V 07/05/66), who stated he just bought the vehicle and did nothave plates for it yet. We ran Powers, and he came back with two PR warrants, one in West Allisand the other in Greenfield. Powers was conveyed to the West Allis PD where he signed both PRbonds and was released. Powers' West Allis municipal court date is 01/30/12.

Officer Pinter reports... On 02/22/12 at 0029 hrs, Officers were dispatched to Wild Bills Saloon fora trouble call. I spoke with bartender, Jessica Schoberg. She said a intoxicated white male was inthe tavern. He started causing problems and she told him to leave. At that point, the male partyripped of his shirt and wanted to fight people in the tavern. She was able to get the male partyoutside. Officers were unable to locate the male party. I advised Jessica to call the station if hereturned.

Officer Said reports... On 5/7/12 at approx 0059 hrs, Squad 311, Officer Said responded to WildBills Saloon, 1454 S 92 St., for a report of 2 male fighting. Investigation revealed there was aphysical altercation between two males. The bar wanted them to leave and not to becharged. Both males left without incident.

POA. Cerqua reports...On 05/08/12 at 1455hrs I responded to Wild Bills Saloon, 1454 S. 92 St.,for a burglary. On 04/26/12 at 0814hrs Shaun P. Powers, M/W 07/05/66, entered the tavernbefore business hours and removed ten dollars cash from the "Shake of the Day" container andthree singles from the side of the register and left at 0816hrs. Powers handles maintenanceissues for the business and has a key, which is probably how entry was gained to the tavern. Noconsent was given. There is surveillance footage of the incident. Powers was taken into custodyby Det. Kurtz prior to my arrival on scene, and the investigation will be turned over to Det. Kurtz forfurther follow up.

Officer Plotkin reports... Burglary. On 05-19-12 at approximately 0240 hrs, officers responded to1454 S. 92 St., A, for a report of a burglary. Complainant, Shaun P. Powers, reported unknownactor(s) forced open his above apartment locked front entry door, damaging this door, and took aleather jacket, two leather vests, a replica sword, a half bottle of sleeping pills, and hiswallet, between 05-18-12 at 2130 hrs and 05-19-12 at 0100 hrs, while Powers was upstairsvisiting with a neighbor. While on scene, Powers played surveillance footage from the abovebuilding depicting a single M/U, tall and slim build, wearing a white shirt, dark pants, and whiteshoes, driving a dark colored newer compact or midsize 4 door, unknown further description dueto the quality of the footage, approach the building and exit twice, carrying the above describedproperty, placing it in the above vehicle parked in the lot to the south of the residence, andsubsequently leaving the area in the above vehicle, on 05-18-12 between 2330 hrs and 2350 hrs.Officers were unable to further identify the above suspect or recover the property stolen while onscene.

P.O. Mathy reports... On 06/24/12 at approximately 0130hrs, I responded to Wild Bills Saloon(1454 S. 92 St.) for a report of 7-8 people actively fighting. Upon arrival multiple parties weredispersed. Contact was made with the offender, Gerald J. Pieschel M/W 2/12/71, who intially wasscreaming at Officers. Gerald, who was extremly intoxicated, continued to be disorderly when Iasked him what occured. Gerald continued to yell at Officers on three different occasions whenattempting to invesitgate the incident. Gerald was arrested for Disroderly Conduct and laterreleased. All other parties were released without further incident.
