Officer Matter reports; On 11/07/2008 at 2236hrs. I responded to a harassing phone callcomplaint at 1454 S. 92 St. Upon arrival, I made contact with Linda M. Schoeder. Linda statedthat she broke up her her ex-boyfriend, verbally identified as Joseph M. Niedjelski, several weeksago. Linda stated that today Joseph call her 3 or 4 times telling her that he is still in love with her,and want them to get back together. Linda stated that Joseph never threatened her. Linda wouldlike me to contact Joseph, and advise him to stop calling. I made contact with Joseph, and Iadvised him about the complaint. Joseph stated that Linda still has some of his property, and thatis the only reason he called her. Joseph stated that Linda has called him tonight. I advisedJoseph to work out there property issues, and to move on with his life. Joseph agreed to stopcalling Linda. I advised Linda to obtain a RO if the problems continue.

Pto Herkowski reports...On 02/07/09 at 0129hrs, I was dispatched to Wild Bill's Saloon for areport of women fighting and a possible gun. The caller, "Donna," stated a female named Yvonnewas waving a gun and fled in her vehicle, a Jeep, from the tavern. I arrived on scene and was notable to locate Donna. Dispatch called her back and she refused to come back to the tavern orspeak further to the police about what happened. Officer attempted to make contact with YvonneK. Kissner, but she refused to answer the door. I spoke with the bartender, Deborah K. Hausch,who stated there was an argument inside the tavern, but all parties left the tavern. She stated shedid not see anyone with a firearm. I advised Hausch to call the police if they returned and causedproblems.

Bartender Jeanne Houck reported that she closed Wild Bill's Saloon at 0230hrs and allowedDavid Halase and his ex-wife Jeri Ann stay as she cleaned up because they were going to walkher home. Houck stated she counted the nights money and placed in the usual hiding spot in thebar. She went to the bathroom, leaving the two in the bar alone and when she returned shenoticed money missing from a money jar near the cash register. She confronted David and hedenied taking any money. David and Jeri Ann were asked to leave and did so. Houck did notcheck the money she hid and closed the bar. In the morning bar manager Shilla Melo went tocount the money for deposit and found it was $288.00 short from the count that Houck hadrecorded. Houck believes that Halase and Jeri Ann took the money while she was in thebathroom. Investigation to continue.

Baumeister (f/w 09/06/1989) who stated they were arguing in thecar and had the music volume turned up. I advised Lacey and Baumeister they needed to keepthe noise down due to the complaint. No further problems.

Officer McNally reports.. On 05-03-09 at approximately 0127 hrs, Officers responded to Wild Bill'sSaloon, 1454 S. 92 St. regarding a subject waiving a firearm around inside the tavern. Witnessesstated Miguel A. Cubero (m/w 11-04-60) displayed a black handgun and waived the firearm armaround while approximately ten patrons were still inside the tavern. One of the patrons wrestled thegun away from Cubero. Cubero fled from the bar and was arrested by Officers approximatelythree houses south of the tavern at 1480 S. 92 St. Cubero was found to be a felony offender withmultiple warrants (three with West Milwaukee Police Department and one with Milwaukee CountySheriffs Office). Cubero was arrested for Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, Carrying aHandgun where Alcohol is Sold/Consumed, and Disorderly Conduct while armed. Cubero wastransported to CJF. DA review is set for 05-04-09 at 0830 hrs.

Officer Wink reports...on 08/17/09 officers responded to 1454 S. 92 St. for a animal complaintwhere the owner was training the pit bull puppy to fight/abusing it. Upon arrival, Officer Shookspoke with Shilla Melo who stated the dog was running loose and she took the puppy and will notgive it back to the owner, Wayne Hankins, because the dog is constantly being abused, crying andhe kicks the dog. Upon speaking with Wayne he told officers he does not abuse his dog and afemale by the name of "Samantha" was coming to pick up the dog and his cousin Eugene Giddonthought Shilla was her because they look alike and gave the dog to her accidentally. Upon officersgoing to retreive the dog from Shilla she told officers that the dog was gone. Shilla was broughtinto the station and officers contacted MADACC where the dog was dropped off by Shilla's friend,Suzanne Brunner. Suzanne was ordered into the station also. Investigation still pending.

She stated that Jason Quinn came into the bar, WildBills, and started to yell at her about his mail. Melo stated that she is the manager of the bar, andof the apartments on the property. Quinn used to live in one of the apartments, but now moveddown the street to 1452 S. 92 ST. He believes that Melo took his unemployment checks and othermail. I spoke with Quinn at 1452 S. 92 ST. He stated that Melo has been harassing him. He wasadvised about the complaint and was advised to stay away from Melo.

199/Walsh reports...On 11/30/09 at approximately 0920 hours, James T. Riley, M/W, DOB 03/08/51 of 1508 S. 92ndStreet #17 came into our station to report this incident. Riley stated some unknown offender(s)stole a blank $460.00 Western Union money order (#09-155181068) out of his coat pocket whileit was hanging inside of Wild Bills Tavern located at 1454 S. 92nd street. He stated this theftoccurred sometime between 1900 hours on 10/05/09 and 1730 hours on 10/06/09. Riley said hewas at the tavern to watch the Packers on Monday night and forgot his coat when he left. Hepicked his coat up the next day at approximately 1730 hours and discovered the check wasmissing. Riley later discoverd this check was cashed at an uknown location and signed by JasonLandgraf of 1456A S. 92nd Street on 10/06/09.

Officer Kraemer Reports: 12/10/09, 0154 hrs, Trouble Call/Warrant, Wild Bills Saloon 1454 S 92St. Officer's responded to Wild Bill's Saloon for the report of several male parties arguing. Theargument was between, Cliffton T Gordon M/B 03/19/76 and Scott T Breznik M/W 02/16/74. Theargument never became physical. During the process of running Gordon, dispatch confirmed hehad a warrant for OAS through Greenfield. Gordon was photographed and fingerprinted underbooking # 320729 and WARD # 50583. Greenfield PD faxed over a PR Bond. Gordon signedthe PR Bond and was given a copy. The signed bond was faxed back to Greenfield.

Officer Graf reports: On 12/15/09 Casandra K Van Wie, f/w, 04/28/91 came into the station toreport $220 in cash was taken from her wallet. Casandra suspects Alissa M Stelloh, f/w,07/27/89. Casandra stated she picked Alissa up at her residence, 1461 S 88 Stand dropped heroff in the parking lot at Wild Bills, 1454 S 92 St. Casandra said her wallet was inside her purse,which was in the backseat, when she picked up Alissa and the wallet was out of her purse aftershe dropped off Alissa. Investigation pending.
