Vish Nandlall is the CTO for Telstra and a highly regarded telecom visionary. Wireless World recently named Vish one of the "Top 100 Wireless Wave Makers" globally.
Vish was the prior CTO for Ericsson in North America. While at Ericsson, he was responsible for defining Ericsson's strategy and technology in virtual networking and in-building connectivity solutions, establishing novel open innovation processes to drive business and feature requirements in disruptive technology areas.
Vish is widely recognized for his contributions to the telecom industry, serving as a director and policy chair for TIA, as well as being a member of the FCC technology advisory committee under Chairman Wheeler. Vish is an active thought leadership contributor, most recently authoring a GigaOM featurette entitled "The 2020 Network"

Amela Peric has over 18 years of experience in IT and finance industry, focusing on systems development, project and strategy management. She currently works for ASX as General Manager, Data Technology, with responsibilities over a number of critical systems, data strategy, associated projects delivery and systems support.
Amela holds a bachelor degree (hon.) in Economics and Computer Science (UNS 1993), Masters in Computer Science (UTS 1999) and a Doctorate in Project Management (UTS 2009).
Amela is a member of professional women organisations such as CEW and WOB, as well as the Australian Institute of Project Management and the Project Management Institute.
Benoit Hanssen joined Vodafone in 2013 from Ericsson in Stockholm where he headed up the global managed services operation. Prior to that he was CTO with Hutchison Indonesia from 2007 where he was overseeing the building of a 15,000 site/25 million sub business from a greenfield start.
From 2001-2007 Benoit played a key role in starting and developing Ericsson’s managed services business. Initiatives during that period included the running of the Telfort/O2 network in the Netherlands and the Bharti Airtel network in 15 Circles in India under a managed capacity construct. The latter also kick-started the development of Ericsson’s global network operations centre in India.
Benoit is originally from the Netherlands where he trained as an Electrical Engineer. He joined the telecoms industry in 1997 having spent a few years in the oil industry.

Sean Kain has been at ANZ for the last 4 years, previously as Head of Delivery and now a Senior Technology Manager specialising in Insights and Analytics. Prior to ANZ, Sean spent 15 years working at Teradata.
He is passionate about the role of information and analytics can play in helping bring about innovation and is focussed upon formulating strategy which reduces risk and increases efficiency.
Sean is a regular guest speaker at Monash University (Caulfield) for Masters in Information Management & Systems (Data Warehousing course) and Masters in Applied Information technology (CRM course).
Steve Baird joined Virgin Australia as the Head of Marketing and Analytics, Velocity Frequent Flyer in February 2014. He is part of the leadership team, taking the Velocity program through its next phase of expansion as a key plank in the airline’s “Game Change” program.
Steve has over 10 years’ experience in the aviation and loyalty industries, and is a former Senior Marketing Manager at Qantas Loyalty. He is a director of Rising Generations - a NFP delivering school leadership programs and is also a founder of a thriving Blue Mountains community market ‘Crop and Swap’.

Robbie is currently working as the Commercial Strategy Lead within Hooroo which is the internal Qantas division that provides accommodation to the Group’s customers via many channels including the websites (Qantas, Jetstar and Qantas Frequent Flyer), flight confirmation emails, digital marketing, email database marketing, packages etc.

With a background in Material Science, Product development and creativity research at Imperial College, London, Simon brings AULIVE, an online research resource for creativity and innovation.

Previously experienced across Telco and Enterprise he has spent the last 6 years focused on web delivery, security and driving successful cloud transformation projects key to Lonely Planet's publishing and online business. He is currently focusing on the exciting evolution of SAAS ERP.
