Check-Trol™Isolation Flow Control Flange
Can be used with most circulators, including NRF/NBF/SSF wet rotors, Series PLs, 100, HV, PR and LR, and other
manufacturers’ pumps.
Available sizes: 3/4”, 1”, 1-1/4”, 1-1/2" NPT and Sweat.

Three features in one valve.Check-Trolisthesolutionforcirculatorinstallations.InstallingaCheck-TrolonthedischargeofthecirculatorgivesyouthefeaturesofaFlowControlValve,IsolationValveandCompanionFlange.AnotheradvantageoftheCheck-Trolistheminimalpressuredrop,especiallywhencomparedtothelossesthatcanbeexperiencedwhenacheckvalveisinstalledinternaltothecirculator.
TheCheck-Trolflangesarepackagedwithanisolationflangeofthesamesizetocreateapair.Capscrewsandnutsareincluded.
Flow Control ValvePreventsgravitycirculationandflowinthewrongdirection.
Isolation ValveAllowsforservicingorreplacementofthecirculatorwithoutdrainingthesystem.
Companion FlangeFree-floatingcompanionflangesalloweasyalignmentforoptimalhandlepositioning.

TheCheck-Trolflangeisacombinationisolationvalve,flowcontrolvalve,andcompanionflangeforcirculators.Thefullportballvalveallowsthecirculatortoberemovedfromthesystemwithoutdrainingthesystem.Theinternalspringcheckpreventsgravitycirculation.Freefloatingcompanionflangemakespumpinstallationasnap.
