ARE AVAILABLE IN A RANGE OF LENGTHS AND CAN BE

TAILORED TO SUIT EACH INDIVIDUAL CONVEYOR.

Irelands Head Scraper features achoice of polyurethane or tungstencarbide tipped blades to suit the specific application. It utilises a simplespring tensioning system andtherefore is easily maintained.

The standard blades for both types ofhead scrapers are 150mm wide and a75mm wide half blade is also available to maximise the scrapedwidth.

Both scraper blades use the samebrackets and tensioning system heldon the belt by use of a double springloaded mechanism which is simpleand easy to maintain.

Blades come complete with a captive bar which is bolted to theshaft via 2 bolts, enabling changes tobe made with ease.

Rubber and polyurethane can be supplied in any size for simple counterweighted scrapers and in some casesreplacement blades can be supplied forolder scraper assemblies.

Shafts are electro plated and stainlesssteel fixing kits are available at extracost.

CHOICE OF POLYURETHANE OR TUNGSTEN CARBIDE TIPPED BLADES

Irelands SecondaryScraper features100mm widetungsten carbideblades which aremounted to a carrying shaft in between which are polyurethane brushes that take upany movement within the belt.

The scraper is mounted using a stand that is bolted tothe underside of the conveyor stringers, and it is adjusted up to the belt by a screw arrangement.
