Youth Leadership Summit June 4-6thEFL is hosting a three day Youth Leadership Summit for high school students June 4, 5 & 6. We hope to bring together motivated youth to perfect their skills in group and self-leadership practices.

Friday June 4th: • Introduction, Leadership Awareness, & Goals Saturday June 5th:• Leadership concepts coupled with situational applications.

• Developing Teamwork at a Challenge Course(half day)• Reflection of experiences and what was learned through games and movie session.

Sunday June 6th:• Interactive seminar focusing on group dynamics, and teambuilding.

• Community development project will use collaboration amongst youth to accomplish a positive goal.

• Recap of all events and seminars to re-enforce what was learned as well as encourage leadership from individuals in the future.
