The FeeThe standard costs for a complete incorporation
processstart at 2,500 EUR and can vary from project to project,
thisalso depends on the complexity of the planned companyform or
enterprise solution.
Other CostsThe notary, the German commercial register and the
taxauditor will invoice their services separately. We will
providedetails about this in a detailed offer. All other costs,
e.g.travel expenses of BDG seniors (if applicable), will be
agreedupon beforehand with the client and charged accordingly.
The TimelineAn incorporation process can be completed in two
weeksif everything is prepared and the notary appointment
isconducted swiftly. However, please be advised that it is alsovery
normal for such a process to take up to 4 weeks, oreven more
depending on many individual facts.
