    Trong cng cuc i mi cng nghip ho hi i ho t c hin nay , vnp dng khoa hokthut vo cc quy trnh sn sut l v cp bch hng

    Hin nay , cc hthng dy chuyn tng trong cc nh my , x nghipc sdng rt rng ri , v hh c tin cy cao . V quan trng trong ccdy chuyn sn sut l iu khi iu chnh tc c hay o chiu quay c cao st ,Vi htruy in.

    c ta hin nay mt smt chi c ng dng nhiu trong cc yu cuiu chnh cao , cng vi spht trin khng ngng ca kthut in tv kthutvi in t.     1.1.Gii thiu TiristorTiristor l phn t bn dn cu to t bn lp bn dn p-n-p-n, to ra 3 lp

    tip gip p-n J1 ,J2 ,J3. Tiristo c 3 cc anot A, catot K, cc iu khin G nhhnh di

    1.3 H truyn ng chnh lu ng c mt chiu

    1.3.1 Khi nim chung v h truyn ng chnh lu ng c mt chiuL b chnh lu lin h ngun xoay chiu vi ti mt chiu, ngha l i
