JOB DESCRIPTION: The field of plant operations, as a plant operator my responsibilities are as under Automation operate the plant with (P.L.C & D.C.S)Maintain the all parameters of plant such as temperature of column (bottom, mid & top),heat exchanger & condenser.Steam adjustment, heating system, pressure & vacuum.I have knowledge of Process Flow Diagram's PFD's, Piping & Instrumentation Diagram's P&ID's, Standard Operating Procedures SOP's & Permit to Work Procedure PTW.Responsible for safe start-up, shut down and trouble shooting of plant following Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).Coordinates & Monitors all maintenance activities on the plant, making equipment preparations for handover to maintenance crew/technician and administering of the Company's permit to work procedure. Carries out all activities in accordance with company safety procedures and manufacturer's recommendations, ensuring that all precautions are taken to isolate equipment prior to commencing work, following all safety instructions and notices, and wearing personal protective equipment at all times. All types of Pump using carefully.Ensuring that good housekeeping is practiced / maintained in the control room and on the plant.
