WORK EXPERIENCE: Khidmah LLC August 2014 – Till Date
FM Project Manager.
Managing Sun & Sky Tower with Boutik Mall and Reem Diamond at Reem Island Abu Dhabi as a Project Operations Manager.
Community is mixed with 1,154 Residential units, 250 offices, 55 retail spaces, 2 mixed gyms with pool deck 8 levels of podium parking containing 3,773 parking spaces. The community is High rise comprising of total (64+74) floors of Sun and Sky Tower respectively and 9 huge podium levels including Community mall.
Managing comprehensive IFM with timely delivery of all tasks including hard and soft services.
Leading a team of 110 staffs allocated on site
Interviewing and selection of staff with implementation of team building programs
Looking after all HSE issues on site and leading a HSE committee to review the on going operations on site.
Managing OPEX and CAPEX works with 3rd party and in-house teams.
Setting up a goal for PPM and reactive tasks to comply with SLA and KPI set by Client.
