Educational Indicators

• High drop out of girls at upper primary level (GPI 0.78 at class VII and VII)

• Capacity building workshops for data analysis and data dissemination not undertaken.

School Infrastructure• U.T. has to finish Environment Assessment

for remaining school (96 ). • Progress of school building construction is

slow. • Last year state has surrendered the cost of

one ACR but it remaining unrecorded, status has to be reconciled.

• State wants to surrender 19 ACR out of 136 of PAB 2009-10 @ 3.5 lacs amounting 66.5 lacs in PAB 13-14.

Inclusive Education

• 19.10% Individualised Education Plans developed for CWSN

• 22.64% schools have CWSN friendly toilets.• 48.11% schools made barrier free

Enhancing Quality

• PTR at the primary level is 47:1. • Year wise data of the teachers at the

primary and upper primary level sanctioned and recruited at state under SSA does not match with SSA record.

• State has yet to provide year wise records of sanctioned, recruited and vacant post of the teachers at state level w.e.f 2002-03 to 2013
