APPOINTMENT OF NEIL WILES AS A DIRECTOR

Mobile Embrace Limited (ASX: MBE, ‘Mobile Embrace’ or the ‘Company’) is pleased to advise of the appointment of Mr Neil Wiles to the Mobile Embrace Board as an Executive Director, effective 18 July, 2017. Mr Wiles was one of the Company’s founders along with Chris Thorpe in 2005 and has been the Managing Director since that time. Over more than 27 years, Neil has led, developed and grown multiple businesses as Managing Director and CEO in the Digital, Information Technology, Marketing and Telecommunications sectors. He is an awarded and accredited digital media innovator and industry expert. Commenting on the appointment, Mobile Embrace Chairman Drew Kelton said: "We are delighted that Neil, who was one of the Company’s founders, has now joined us as a Director. Neil’s business knowledge and consummate industry expertise will bring further value to the Company as a member of the board.”
