steps in monitoring of a plan viz., Implementation monitoring,

are certain procedures and steps which should be followed for

seminars and training during preliminary period is very important

as it helps to measure the performance of an individual. Feedback

from seminars helps to modify changes and catches interest of

individuals. It assists in obtaining solution and results.

These steps can help to avoid complexity and can encourage the

morale of employees in an organization and can operate as an

appropriate device for building healthy relations among organization.

It is not obligatory to follow same plan always. Sometimes there may

be urgency, under this situation back up plan or new plan should be

    implemented.
