Under the banner of Ankitha Chariatable trust the Sai Prema Centre for Disabled Children was started with her beneficiaries 3+a in a small rated building now we cantering the 3rd year it is proud to say to us we were successfully completed 3 years to give more knowledge and experience as well as achievements. Now it is happy to us we running with 60 beneficiaries along qualified staff and also the place is very much access to the children in good environment including all facilities and highly equipment is also available for the benefit of our children. In our centre all sorts of the training and therapy in available along with trained technical staff.

The Ankitha Chariatable Trust is serving for the intellectually disabled persons with human concern under this trust we are running Sai Prema centre for providing education for the mentally challenged children. We are also providing daily living skills to mentally retarded children.

During the year 2009 2010 we have achieved fixed by the targets by the management. We have given proper training with the qualified technical staff to the children the children have improved in their daily lining skills, they have improved in their behavior and psychological problems at last we have sent 3 children.

INTERNAL REGULAR ACTIVITIES :

A small exhibition was organized in our premises from 5th June 2009 to 7th June 2009 along with 7 women enter planers stalls were installed to project different products. Some of the products prepared by students of our vocational centre. The main objectives of this exhibition to create awareness about the talents of intellectual disabled among the colony surrounding people. The director of Jana Sikshana Samstan was inaugurated of the exhibition and also extended of full support for the great success of the exhibition.

In an of Independence celebrations the Saiprema Centre was celebrated Independence day celebrations lions club of Durga Teja was also participated in this celebrations. Our children were performed cultural programmed after completion of Flag hoisting by the Ln. Ramana Rao. Dist vice Governor of Lions club international.

On September 5th Sai Prema Centre was performed Guru Pooja Mahotsav on this occasion we have given Guru Purskar for the dedicated services rendered by Smt. Lakshmi we have also honoured the other teachers to give recognition to their commitment and dedication for our special care children.

In the month of October Sai Prema Centre was arranged the meeting with the parents of our special care children.

SAI PREMA Celebrated its Annual Day celebrations from 12th to 14th of November. ART competition was organized on 13th November and students of Sai Prema participated in it. Sai Prema celebrated childrens day with the inauguration of Physio therapy unit. Secondly Parents Association was formed.

International disabled day was celebrated on 3rd December, on 27th December 2009, Sai Prema lent its helping hand in organizing a sports meet. Sai Prema and the newly formed parents Association came together and organized a beautiful interactive programmed for new year celebrations and held some Awareness programmed. Sai Prema Centre for children with special needs put up a stall at Sri Venkateswara Kalyana Mandapam External net working along with other voluntary Agencies.

The Maris stella College was organized ability mela in the month of September our were actively participated in the ability mela and cultural programmed. We also installed a stall in the ability mela. Mounika and group were performed a beautiful dance in the cultural programmed the dance was attracted each and every art lo in the ability mela that was so impressive for every one. The vice Principal of the College her self came on the dias. She was extended her blessings to the Mounika and her group. An Asst. competition was organized for the students of SAI PREMA along with the sponsor ship of vijayawada round table 68 and Vijayawada ladies circle 52. A Regional parents meet was organized at Kakinada with SAI PREMA and with it parent Association was organized jointly by vijetha parents Association, Parivaar LCH and NIMH, Hyderabad and it was organized at JNTU, Civil Engineer college the special sports meet for all the challenged students of the Krishna District was organized by Vasavi clubs International, District V203 A SAI PREMA helped the club by conducting the events. SAIPREMA participated in the activity on 17th National parents meet was jointly organized by NIMH and Parvaar at Vernacular from 23rd, 26th Jan. SAI PREMA put up a stall at kindly international school, Karol, on 11th April 2010 SAI PREMA put up a stall in the exhibition grounds organized by Krishna Industrial and Agricultural Exhibition societyActivities with Govt. Agencies

SAI PREMA School for children with special needs participated in the international disabled day celebrations. which was held in Indira Gandhi Muncipal stadium on 3rd December 2010. SAI PREMA took a part in video conference conducted by women welfare and child welfare society.

Goals / Targets :-

To develop the vocational units to make the person able to earn independent and find the jobs in the open employment. To make the disabled person as a baled person in the society. To increase our services up to 100 beneficiaries SAI PREMAS Aim is to trust the own premises. To develop a computer lab for CAI programs.CONCLUSION

In nutshell the Sai Prema Centre having foresight about our present and future generations of the special care children. Our ambition is very much color we want to make our children to lead independent life and their over all comprehensive rehabilitation is our main target. By the grace of SAI BABA we may achieve the said goals in due course.
