Oversee SON budget and fiscal administration including personnel requirements,
program expenses, equipment, and capital needs
Represent the SON at community and campus events, in meetings with other
institution personnel, and during accreditation processes
Coordinate, evaluate, and report as required to achieve and maintain state and
national accreditation of programs through the FL Board of Nursing, ANCC, COA
and other professional bodies
Maintain NCLEX-RN pass rates at or above national average for baccalaureate
programs
Maintain Certification pass rates for Family Nurse Practitioner and CRNA graduates
Supervise all Faculty in the School of Nursing (n=26)

Provide direction and support for School of Nursing Laboratory Coordinator and

Oversee Nursing Faculty and staff searches including formulation of position requests
