Who is he?

Christopher first started creating movies at a young age, the first shot he took was at the age of 7. Due to his parents being from two different sides of the world he did a lot of travelling in his early years back and forth from America and England. However he then attended the University College

of London where he took part in the English Lit Course and become a member of the Film Society where he began to show off his passion for

movies by creating shots such as; Tarantula.

Christopher is known to be an Innovative film director and screenwriter. His films are known to be for the Intellectualism, Psychological depth and unorthodox storytelling.

Christopher's stories within his films have also been focused on Male Protagonists, who try to come to grips with their past, while working through difficult tasks . Christopher involves women in his movies however as allied or a romantic interest.

Christopher's first movie was known as Memento; this was filmed in a non-chronological narrative structure as this movie receives the most attention for. Also for the unfolding of hidden secretes and going backwards in time. This movie was his first hit in 2000, which is what motivated him to continue and make another movie, which was; Batman Begins which also was a Oscar winning film.

His MoviesAfter his first movie ‘’Memento’’ Christopher was then inspired to go onto filming more thriller/psychological based movies as he saw that it interested the audiences. This is where he brought out the Batman Trilogy; Batman was an Oscar Winning movie as he turned the comic book novel into a five star rating movie. The batman trilogy was his first film squeal which was a success. Two years after making the first batman he then made the last Batman in 2012.

After the Batman trilogy, Christopher went on and produced another Oscar winning movie called Inception ; This movie was based on a psychological dream which actor Leonardo De Caprio performed the main character as. Inception was a movie that was different to his others as he focused more on the human mind and how dreams can be seen a reality, however the similarities within all his movies is that he based them on thrillers and action genres. For example as the symbolic codes he used; Guns, Explosions, Cars Crashes and also Fighting to represent the action within the movie. However he also used Technical codes such as lighting and Sound to represent the thriller within the movie.
