Sedentarylifestyleisatypeoflifestylewithnoorirregularphysicalactivity.Thistypeoflivinghasbeenheavilyinfluencedbythepropagationofpassiveformsofentertainmentsuchasreadingbooks,watchingtelevision,playingvideogamesandusingcomputerduringmuchoftheday.Itcancontributetomanypreventablecausesofdeath.Moreover,largenumberofadultworkershaveshiftedfromphysicallabourtoofficejobs,especiallyintechnologicallydevelopednations.Livingasedentarylifecausesincreasingweight,obesityandpsychiatricproblemswhichmayleadtoheartdiseases,diabetesandcertaintypesofcancer.Itcanalsoaffectapersonsimmunesystem,leadingtoevenmorenegativehealthconsequences.Inmyopinion,allthenewtrendyandtechnologicallyadvancedgadgetsareresponsibleforthisconditionofhumanbeingswhomadethemforthebetterfuturebutthecaseisjustopposite.Allthepeopleareentrappedinthisnetofmodernandtechnologicalworldfullofgizmoswhichareadvancingdaybydaywhereasonlyahandfulofthemareabletobenefitfromthesewhilerestofthemareusingthesejustforfun,whospendtheirtimeinfrontofthescreen,beitofcomputer,televisionormobile.Itisveryharmfulforthestudentswhospendshoursreadingandstudying.Healthismoreimportantthanstudyanditisaverycrucialstageinastudentslifewhenalmostallhisphysique,brainandimmunesystemsdevelopmenttakesplace.Studentsshouldmanagetogetsometimeinmorningoreveninganddosomeoutdooractivitiesandmakeahabitofgoingtoschoolandtuitionbycycle.Moreover,peopleshouldadoptcyclingandwalkingasanalternativewayoftransportation.Peopleshouldnotsitinfrontofascreenforlong.Theyshouldwalkaroundinthehouseorinofficeperiodicallytoavoidbacksprains.Atlastpeopleshouldnotdependonlyonelectronicgadgetsfortheirentertainment,theyshouldliveinarealisticworldratherthanvirtualistic.Theycanrejuvenateorrefreshthemselvesfromthebeautyofnature.Weshouldmaintainabalancebetweenphysicalactivitiesandthetimewespendinfrontofthescreen.
