    International Tub & Tile Restorers, Inc. is a family owned businessthat specializes in cleaning, renishing, and adding anti-slip tobathtubs throughout the hotel industry. The company is commonlyreferred to as ITTR. ITTR targets hotel managers and general

    contractors. The main message ITTR wants to get across is thatthey offer superior service in bathtub restoration by making the

    tubs cleaner and safer without painting them.

    ITTR has been renishing bathtubs since 1996. They want toportray an image of trust and reliability to the public. They alsowant to establish a feeling of credibility and knowledge in thehospitality industry.

    Tub & Tile Restorers, Inc.The International Tub & Tile Logouses the blue, black, and white colorsthat have been selected.The International is written in

    Helvetica, one of the chosen fonts.Since it is named International theword resembles a side of the globein the way it curves around looking

    like the world. The word national ininternational is done int the selectedblue to give emphasis to the factthat we do business internationally,but we also do it here in our ownnation. There is a line seperatingthe international from the rest, for

    denition. The Tub & Tile is done inGeorgia, the other selected font. The

    ampersand is done in blue as well tobring the bottom line together withthe top lign.

    When the logo can be printed in fullcolor, it should appear as it does in

    example 1. When only one color canbe used, it should appear as it does

    in example 2. When only black andwhite can be used, it should appearas it does in example 3. Whenthe logo is being printed on blackpaper, it should appear as it doesin example 4. If it must be printedon black paper in only one color, itshould be done in all white.

    No part of the ITTR logo should everbe changed in anyway, except forthose shown/listen above.

    The International should neverbe changed to another color as in

    example 1.

    The Inter should never be changedto another color like in example 2,and should always reamain black,except as shown in example 4 of theprevious page.

    If the logo is placed on a black

    background, the colors should notchange as in example 3.

    The logo should never be changed toany other style or font as in example4.

    Typography

    The two fonts chosen for ITTR areHelvetica, shown rst, and Georgia,shown second.

    Helvetica was chosen because it is awell recognized, reliable font that iswidely used. We want ITTR to havethe image of being able to be relied

    upon, and we also want people tofeel comfortable when they see thelogo.

    Georgia was chosen as the otherfont because unlike Helvetica, it is aserif font. It is different enough from

    Helvetica that it wont look like amistake has been made, but it also

    complements it well.

    Color Palette

    The colors for ITTR are blue, blackand white.

    We chose blue because it represents

    trust, reliability, belonging, andcoolness. We want out companyto be perceived as a company thepublic can trust, adn also one who is

    reliable. We also chose blue beacusewe do bathtubs and blue is the colorperceived to be water, and goes withthe bathroom theme.

    We chose black because itcomplements the blue nicely, and is

    more of a neutral color.

    We chose white to accent the othercolors with becase it is also a neutralcolor which can be matched withanything.

    - On rst reference, the entire name of the business must bespelled out as International Tub & Tile Restorers, Inc.

    - When referred to in a sentecne any time after the rst reference,

    International Tub & Tile Restorers, Inc. will always be abbreviatedto ITTR, and always capitalzed.

    - The ampersand (&) will always be used in-between Tub/Tile andthe word and should never be used.

    - When writing copy, there should only be one space between theperiod and the next word.

    - Helvetica will always be used for body copy and Georgia will beused for headlines and sub-headlines.

    - Do not write out the words telelpone number, e-mail, website,or address next to the information.

    - No indentions should be used when starting a new paragraph.

    - Body copy must be 12pt. font, and hedlines must be in30pt. font. Sub-headlines should be in 20pt. font.

    - All formal documentation must have the ITTR logo printed on it.

    - The logo should always be used in the top left corner as it isshown above, on any piece of material that is being produced.

    - Drive will always be abbreviated to Dr. in the address

    - All copy on the business card, envelope, and letterhead will bein Helvetica bold. Regular body copy on other pieces will be inHelvetica regular.

    The business card should be 3.5x 2 It should have the logo in theupper left hand corner. The font usedwill be Helvetica. It will be printed

    on a white 50lb. offset paper. It willalways be printed horizontally and in3 colors. The card will have a bluestrip at the top and bottom for accent

    and it will be in the blue that hasbeen selected.

    Envelope

    The envelope will be the standardsize business envelope. At 9.5 x4.125 The ITTR logo will appearin the top left hand corner, with the

    address directly inderneath, and thewebsite directly underneath that.The font used will he Helvetica. Theenvelope will have the blue barsplaced at the top and bottom just as

    the business card has.The envelope will be white, andthe colors printed will be printed asshown below.

    Letterhead

    The letterhead will measure 8.5 x 11It will always be printed on white inITTRs colors as shown to the right.The Logo will appear in the top left

    hand corner with the address directlyunderneath. The font used will be

    Helvetica. The e-mail address, phonenumber and website will be placed

    along the bottom, just as it is in thebusiness card. The blue bar will beplaced at the top and bottom of theletterhead to create a sense of unitybetween the business card, envelopeand letterhead.
