RallySM wants to make it easy for you to create lasting, positive habits by helping you make
small day-to-day changes. Whether you’re ready to eat better, move more, be more informed,
or just feel better in general, Rally works with you, giving you support to help make that change.
Get Your Rally Age
First, Rally gets to know you through an innovative health survey, which is fast — and even
fun — to take. Then you’ll get your Rally Age, a measure of how healthy you are, and can start
choosing your first health missions.
Pick Your Missions
Missions are simple activities you can fit into your daily schedule right away. Pick easier ones
at first, like getting enough sleep at night or cooking at home. Soon you’ll be feeling great and
earning lots of coins.
Earn Your Rewards
Rally makes it easy to check in and track your progress as you work on your missions. Along
the way you’ll earn Rally Coins, which you can use to enter sweepstakes for great rewards.
The more you use Rally, the more chances you’ll have to win.

One of the best ways to make Rally work for you is to join Missions — simple activities
you can fit into your daily routine to help you improve your diet, fitness, and mood.
Your responses to the Health Survey allow us to recommend Missions designed to
create positive and lasting changes. Getting started is easy, and you can level up to
more challenging options when you’re ready.

At Rally we take a fresh approach to everything we do, and there are no boring
or complicated forms to complete. We want your online experience to be simple,
visual, and fun. The result? While the average health survey can be a drag, ours
is so awesome that the completion rate is over 95 percent. (It’s proprietary and so
cool it’s patent-pending.) This helps us offer recommendations custom-tailored to
your needs.
Rewards
At Rally, we believe our members should earn rewards for making healthier choices
and forming positive habits. Pretty much everything you can do on Rally — taking
the Health Survey, making progress on a Mission, even just logging in each day —
will earn Rally Coins, which can be used to enter drawings for cool rewards. There
are many chances to enter, and Rally’s rewards program can even be combined
with any incentives your employer might already have.
Challenges
Rally lets you challenge yourself. Compete as a team or on your own, against your
coworkers or against the entire Rally community. Either way, you’ll soon be pushing
yourself as you rack up Rally Coins and — even better bragging rights.

tracker and a set of three daily walking goals. Then, simply walk
and earn rewards every day—up to $1,095 a year.
We want to help you realize how easy it is to reap both the physical and
financial benefits of walking—that’s why All Savers Wellness includes free
access to Trio Motion.
Trio Motion is an easy-to-use activity program that combines research-
based goals, a special, wearable activity tracker along with a helpful website
and mobile app to guide you and track your achievements. Trio Motion is
unlike other walking programs—instead of just measuring steps, Trio Motion
incorporates three unique activity goals and rewards you for achieving them.
This design provides maximum health and financial benefits in a way that fits
easily into your daily routine.

1. Employees and spouses can be reimbursed up to $1,095 or 30% of the employee-only annual payment (or
family annual payment if dependents are covered); whichever is less each calendar year.
2. Quarterly reimbursement for expenses applied to the out-of-pocket maximum (OOPM) calendar year spend.
3. 50% calendar year rollover of unreimbursed rewards.
4. $75 credited upon device activation and movement (at least 300 steps, within 24 hours of registration) if done
within 60 days of the employee’s effective date.
Trio Motion Rewards
When you get FIT every day, you and your covered spouse can each earn up to $1,095 per calendar year. That
means you’re not only developing healthy habits that reward you physically, you are also earning rewards that
positively impact your financial health.
We’ll help get you started by giving you $75 just for registering at Trio Motion, activating your Trio and getting
started on your walking journey. And in the spirit of helping you sustain your new financial health, we’ll roll over
50% of all unreimbursed rewards into the next calendar year.

While other programs just count steps, Trio Motion rewards you for hitting three daily walking goals, maximizing
health benefits and helping get you FIT. These goals fit easily into your daily routine:
Trio Motion is different
1. Program point tracking does not start until after your effective date, the devices are physically received by your
employer from Trio Motion, and you or your spouse registers and activates your Trios.
2. Quarterly reimbursement checks will not be dispensed for amounts less than $20. The amount will be added to
the next quarter’s balance for reimbursement.
3. *Optum Bank Health Savings Account (HSA) account required for employees and spouses on a high deductible
health plan (HDHP) in order to receive reimbursement.
2015
Employees/Members are responsible for ensuring they do
not exceed the 2015 HSA contribution limits imposed by
the IRS. For 2015, the maximum contribution for individual
coverage is $3,350 and for family coverage is $6,650. If you
are 55 or older, you may be eligible for an additional $1,000
catch-up contribution. Please seek your own tax advice.
2016
Employees/Members are responsible for ensuring they do

This Is Awesome, How Do I Get Started?
Step 1 - Rally

Enter your information into the prompts. You will need to include your first and last name as spelled on your All Savers
Alternate Funding member ID Card, date of birth, and the last four digits of your social security number to complete the
registration process. Once registered you can access Rally via werally.com.
A Trio Motion welcome kit will be shipped to your employer soon after your enrollment into All Savers. In the welcome kit,
the Trio activity tracker will be included. Along with the Trios there will be setup guides included to help you get moving and
earning rewards. You will need to set up your account at TrioMotionFit.com. Once you’re all set up, charge the Trio, clip it on,
and start walking and earning today.
You can also expect to receive a HealthiestYou welcome kit soon after your enrollment. In the welcome kit, you will
receive your HealthiestYou member card. You’ll want to cruise over to register for the HY member portal by going to
member.healthiestyou.com and signing up. Once you’re in the system you can start using the member portal to connect
with a doctor, compare prices on medications, and more. Be sure to download the app to take advantage of all the same
awesome features, on the go.
Your employer will also receive a call from an All Savers Wellness representative to welcome your group and to help ensure
your success.
