Information for students taking Admission at AIIMS Bhopal Nursing College
The online seat allocation counseling scheduled shall be as announced by AIIMS Delhi so please check
website www.aiimsexams.org regularly for details and updates.
Students who have opted for All India Institute of Medical Science, Bhopal (AIIMS Bhopal) during the
counseling through AIIMS entrance Exam.
I ROUND: - The admission in 1st year M.Sc Nursing 2020 are schedule from 18August 2020 to 25 August
2020 at AIIMS Bhopal Nursing College during 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
II ROUND: - Schedule from 28 August 2020 to 03 September 2020 at AIIMS Bhopal Nursing College
during 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
The students must bring the following documents/ certificate that are required to be deposited in
Originals with two sets of self attested photocopies or photo copy along with Demand Draft/ Receipt
of online Payment of 1 lakhs in Favor of AIIMS Delhi.
1. Offer Letter
2. Registration Slip
3. Admit Card
4. 10th / 10+2 Mark Sheet/ Certificate.
5. Mark sheet of B.Sc(H) Nursing/B.Sc Nursing 1st to 4th year Professional Examination.
6. B.Sc(H) Nursing /B.Sc Nursing Degree Certificate.
7. Permanent / Provisional Registration Certificate issued by INC/State Nursing Counsel.
8. Conduct / Character Certificate (Last studied).
9. Migration certificate from the Institution/ University in which candidate had studied (If not
issued by the school last studied, may be submitted at later date. Candidate shall provide an
undertaking).
10. For candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PWBD/EWS valid proof to the category (the original
permanent caste certificate) signed by S.D.O/ competent authority with proper reference
number and official stamp.
11. OBC/EWS candidates are advice to produce the Certificate for Admission to Central Education
Institutes (CEIs) under the Government of India issued for the period of 16.04.2019 to
15.04.2020 as mention in prospectus.
12. Proof of identification with address Aadhar Card / Passport/ Driving License/ Voter ID.
13. All the students are requested to visit the website www.amanmovement.org or
www.antiragging.in.
14. And must submit Anti Ragging Affidavits; the print of the affidavits is required along with the
above documents.

15. An affidavit in the format (As per Annexure I ) signed by the candidate and countersigned by
parents/ guardian duly notarized a non judicial stamp paper of Rs. 10/- or above.
16. All above documents / certificate in original and two sets photocopies with 10 passport size
colored photographs with name of the candidate written on backside(preferably identical to
those affixed in the application form is to be submitted at AIIMS Bhopal.
17. Demand Draft from a nationalized bank towards fee payment for Rs.2465/- drawn in favor of
Director AIIMS Bhopal, Payable at Bhopal.
18. All the students are required to bring the Bedding, Bed Sheet and Pillow with Cover, Buckets,
Mug etc.
19. An undertaking with regard to non-use of vehicle in the AIIMS Bhopal Campus.
20. Admission may take more than one day so come prepared. Guest House/ Provision to stay shall
not be provided by AIIMS Bhopal.
