Currently Enrolled iOS Devices If your device is currently enrolled in AirWatch you must first un-enroll your device before re-enrolling.

Open the WorkSpace One Intelligent Hub Application from your device and Sign in

Select “This Device” Select “Enrollment” Select “Unenroll Device”

iOS MDM Managed Device Enrollment The following steps will be used to enroll a new device as Full MDM Manged into AirWatch using the web-based Server URL. Note: Full MDM Management is required to receive your corporate email through the Native Mail app instead of Boxer

Remove any Existing Boxer or Container applications from the device if applicable

Open Safari on your device

Browse to Onyx.inova.org

Enter “byod” as the Group ID and select Next

Enter your Inova Username and Password and select Next

Read and Accept the Terms and Conditions

Select “Download Profile” Select “Allow”

Open the Settings app on your device

Select the “Profile Downloaded” section

Select “Install” Enter your Device Passcode and Select Done

Open Safari back up and your device will now be successfully enrolled

iOS Native Mail Client Setup Your device is now enrolled, and it will automatically download the Intelligent Hub Application and the Configuration for Native Mail.

You will receive a prompt to install the Intelligent Hub app on your device, Select Install

Open the Intelligent Hub App on your device

Create a Passcode and Select Next

Re-Enter your Passcode and Select Next

Read and Accept the Privacy Statement

Select whether you would like Hub to send you notifications or not Recommendation: Allow

The Intelligent Hub app has now been configured and confirms that your device has been enrolled

Open the Mail App on your device

Enter your Inova network password and Select OK

Your Account is now syncing and will download mail. To configure Notifications for your account Open Settings and Select Notifications

Select Mail and then Select your Inova Email Account if you have more than one mail box configured.

Select Allow Notifications and then Select Which Alerts you would like. Select what Sound you would the notification to be

You can change the amount of mail that syncs to your device and what to sync by opening the settings app

Scroll down to Passwords and Accounts

Select Inova-Email From here you can toggle on or off what you would like to sync and change the amount of days to sync

iOS Native Mail Client Configuration

You will be required to change your Device Passcode to meet the requirements if it does not meet them already. Note: This is an Exchange setting and not AirWatch

Once changed, if required your device will begin to download your mail.
