Our partners support youth development, leadership, and community involvement. They look to AIESEC
to provide access to top talent though our membership and the Global Internship Program.

International Youth: A New Opportunity Dr. Linda Manning
Dr. Linda Manning is an award winning teacher and researcher
who works with managers and human resource professionals
to create strategic and inclusive talent management practices
for optimal organizational capacity. With 20 years of teaching
and training worldwide, Dr. Linda Manning is a published author
holding an Intercultural Studies Certificate from the University
of British Colombia. Her work involves facilitating learning and
provoking self-reflection on one’s own practices and the impact
they have on goals and achievements.
The Experience Mr. Thiago Fernandes de Lima
Mr. Thiago Fernandes is an AIESEC alumni and current policy
analyst at Citizenship and Immigration Canada with a focus on
migration and integration of immigrants in Canada. Thiago is
originally from Brazil and was matched with an internship with the
Government of Canada. He has a B.Sc. in Computer Science
from Brazil, a Graduate Certificate in Public Management and
Governance from University of Ottawa, and is currently
undertaking a Master of Arts in Public Administration at the same
institution. Since 2008, Thiago has worked mostly in the area of
foreign credential recognition (FCR) in Canada and has explored
innovative ways of using technology to measure outcomes of
public programs.
