Working time in each TN• 1. Orphanage :

- Starting from 2 pm – 5 pm ( Monday- Friday) - Sometimes the time is flexible.

• 2. Tourism Department :- Usually starting from 9 am – 1 pm ( Monday- Friday)

• 3. Active Q :- Starting from 10 am -12 am ( Meriem)- Starting from 2 pm - 5 pm (Nathalie)

( Monday,Tuesday,Thrusday and Friday)

Job Description

• 1. Orphanage • Interns will create event for students. For

example : games, presentation about inspire people

• Interns will give children motivation and decrease their trauma because of earthquake

• Interns will give knowledge to students based on Intern’s skill and spread it to some orphanage

• 2. Tourism Department• The Intern will Research the tourism place and give

suggestion to the government such as make report (SWOT Analysis).

• The Intern will helping in developing the promotion ways for tourism dept and will involved with all activities of Tourism Dept.

• Trainee should make new kind of promotion to attract more people to visit Padang ( West Sumatra). It can be Booklet, website, blog, poster, pamflet, Microsoft office- Mc.word, Power point, PDF-)

• 3. Active Q • Involve in teaching English. Intern will teach

English in Active Q• Involve in teaching kids with special needs. Some

kids need special treatment in term of learning. and intern will give them special treatment for student who need that.

• Involve in schools English activities. Some English activity will involve children from 3 years old to 12 years old
