Ⅰ. Introduction of the Agricultural Economics Master Program Program Overview

The Agricultural Economics Master Program is a multifaceted effort of the Department of Agricultural Economics, the College of Bio-Resources and Agriculture, National Taiwan University and Taiwan International Cooperation and Development Fund (TaiwanICDF). The program is under the Graduate Institute of Agricultural Economics. Agricultural development is the crucial factor for a country’s broad-based development, especially for the developing countries. The program will also enhance students’ grasp of important issues and problems of agriculture, which in turn helps foster their potential for leadership in agricultural policy and agribusiness management.

    Program Objectives

Cultivating superior agricultural policy-makers and managers. Enhancing international students’ grasp of important issues in

agriculture, and to help foster their potential for leadership in agricultural policy and agribusiness management.
