Showroom, Dubai Storage Facility and Horse Stable, Al Ain

ADSBS fast track system met the demands of complex refresh-ment project in Birmingham city centre. ADSBS frames were designed and installed in complex existing openings and used to create a new public house and commercial facilities. Site surveys enabled accurate bespoke frames to be installed, thus insuring the contractor to met the dead line. Improvement large fashion retail store in stock-on-Trent allowed the versatility of ADSBS system to be fully explored. The curved facade (below) was achieved by using light frames, formed in curved panels and supported with light steel flat plate.

ACCOMMODATION

The labour residential sector is expanding rapidly as labour numbers and expec-tation of the quality increase.

Any labour accommodation project is a design and build scheme. The primary structure of the building can be a novel ‘hybrid’ of precast concrete structures cross-walls and �oors, and ADSBS light steel façade walls and parapets or a fully ADSBS light steel components. It is essentially a ‘dry’ construction technology, which optimizes the speed of construction, and early start for follow-on trades, and represents the second major collaboration, and early start for follow-on trades, and represents the second major collaboration between precast concrete and ADSBS.

Full cities with its complete facilities were designs and implemented various technologies for wall claddings and roof trusses providing many spans and spaces. EMPLOYEE & LABOUR ACCOMMODATION

The NBB Workers’ City is a housing accommodation for laborers available fore leasing to both the private and government sectors. It is located 60 kilometer west of Abu Dhabi City, of an area of 122,500 square meters, and constructed to accommodate nearly 30,000 people.
