1995: Texall Inc. and Trichromatic Techno-Chem merged tobecome
Tri-Tex co inc. They decided to combine 68 yearsof total
experience. They now have 150 employees. A yealater, (1996), they
got the ISO 9001 certification in order toexport to Europe and
South America.
2001: Tri-Tex co inc. begins construction of a new
polymedepartment that would include three (3) reactors for
theemulsion polymer production.
2004: Construction division. Production of
styrene-acrylicemulsion for the construction market (coatings,
flooringroofing, cement admixture, PSA).
2005: Adhesives division. Mainly polyvinyl acetate polymersfor
woodworking, paper and textile markets.
2005: Tri-Tex co inc. made the acquisition of the
industriaadhesive group Sealrez Inc. They have more than 14years
experience in the adhesive industry. Product linesinclude hot
melts, water borne, solvent based, epoxies andpolyurethanes.
2006 : Two more players joined the Tri-Tex co inc. group a)
ISPRO with more than 25 years experience in ExteriorInsulation and
Finish Systems.
b) EPOXYTECH specialized in epoxies and urethanes foelectrical,
flooring, tooling and marine industries.
2010: Tri-Tex co inc. made an other acquisition of an
epoxyflooring company with more than 40 years experience in
thisfield.
2011 : Tri-Tex co inc. started a new division of
concreteadmixture including hyperplasticizer from the familly
ofpolycarboxylate copolymer.
