and unanimously carried, that the minutes of the Commission meeting of August 9, 2011, be approved as written and presented.

II. Mr. Robinson presented the E-Quotes reports for product listings in four categories

and requested approval of the following:

October 1, 2010 through July 31, 2011, and is comparable with the prior year in terms of the number of weeks for the year to date. Mr. Robinson advised that Distilled Spirit cases sold have increased 170,735 (3.0%) during the first ten months of the 2010-11 fiscal year and that Total Gross Sales have also increased by $26.3 million (3.4%). Mr. Robinson advised Beer Taxes are lower than last year by $1.1 million, and Wine Taxes are $480,839 higher than last year. Mr. Robinson advised the Net Income from spirit sales is $5.1 million higher than it was through ten months last year. He reported the total expenses are slightly higher in the current year, with most of the increase due to higher total distribution costs (higher number of cases).
