Simon Balle School - Hertford Administrative Assistant Hours: 35 hours per week (8.30 to 4.00pm to include ½ hour unpaid lunch) Term time + 2 weeks Start: 1 st September 2014 We are looking for an Administrative Assistant with excellent communication skills who will be able to deal confidently with members of the public, students and parents both face to face and on the telephone. This is a varied role and an opportunity for someone to become involved in all aspects of school life. The jobholder is required to have excellent IT and administration skills, be an effective communicator and have good numeracy and literacy skills.
