ENTRY REQUIREMENTS Ages 17-23 Residence- Must reside or attend school within the state of South Carolina Donation- $100.00 contribution must be made to the Children Miracle Network prior to the competition Copy of Birth Certificate School Verification Signed Contestant Contract Signed Hold Harmless Agreement Signed Job Description Photo (head & shoulders only - no hands around your face) e-mailed to [email protected] by December 28th. Contestant Resume (one Page) Signed Contestant Platform Statement (one Page)
PHASES OF COMPETITION Interview On Stage Question Evening Wear Physical Fitness in Swim Wear Talent (1 minute 30 seconds)
DEADLINE Resume, Pla+orm Statement & Photo must be received by December 28th.
Opening number will be your choice of “After Five” attire – but it should be black in color. You may wear cocktail dress, pants & top, jumpsuit or evening gown in black.
There will be a Contestant/Parent Interest Meeting, which will be held on Sunday, December 19th at a location to be determined in Florence beginning at 2:00 pm. Additional information and your interview time and placement will be given after receiving your final paperwork.
