The months of April and May were the lean months for teachers as they were given time to take their vacation, but had to report on certain dates. Report Cards were distributed to pupils in April, while the Annual School’s Maintenance Week (Brigada Eskwela) and Enrolment took place in May. Teachers from Grade 2 attended the K-12 Seminar and Training in Tanay which lasted for five days. A seminar on LRMDS and the annual Summer Institute were also attended by the teachers last April in Karangalan Elementary School. Also, part of the teachers’ social responsibility was to serve as Board of the Election Inspectors in the National and Local Elections held last May 11.

June marked a new beginning for San Juan Elementary School as it opened its door to the pupils again for School Year 2013-2014.
