WALES MILLENNIUM CENTRE GUIDANCE ON THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS FOR CANDIDATES

These notes are aimed at providing a clear overview of Wales Millennium Centre’s application process for those interested in applying for a position at the Centre.

You can also find useful guidance on how to complete your application form below.

APPLICATION STEPS:

Check your suitability to the role by assessing whether your current experience and skills meet the requirements of the job description and personal specification;

1. Using the application guidance document (if required) complete and submit your application;

2. Your application will then be passed on to the shortlisting manager for consideration who will contact you to notify you on the position of your application (we usually advise that this can take anywhere between 3 days and two weeks);

3. Should your application be successful you will then be invited to attend an interview (please note this may also include other activities such as an assessment centre, role play exercise, paper-based exercise, presentation etc. depending on the role);

4. Following your interview, you will be advised by the interviewing manager of when you are likely to hear the outcome following the interview.
