    Dear Sponsor:

    Greetings from Texas!

The American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin (AAPI) is holding its 32 nd

Annual Convention from June 25-29, 2014 in the beautiful city of San Antonio, Texas.

It is with great pleasure that we invite you as a well-wisher and supporter to this

event. Physicians attending this convention will benefit not only from cutting-edge

CME, but also the camaraderie of their alumni groups and share in our common

    heritage.

The convention will be held at the Henry B. Gonzales Convention Center and Grand

Hyatt San Antonio, both located on the River Walk. Vendor satisfaction and comfort

are our top priorities. The Exhibit Hall, with its unique design and booth layout, will

be the hub for several activities. Breakfast, pavilions for Alliance focusing on healthy

living, AAPI Charitable Foundation to showcase the rural health clinics in India, sports

arena for table tennis, and a stage for lectures, demonstrations, Fashion Show and

many other interesting activities are all designed to keep attendees in the Exhibit

    Hall.

In the Exhibit Hall, you will have the opportunity to hold non-CME presentations and

Product Theatres. There will be no concurrent activities, including CME programs,

to maximize attendance at your events.

The attached prospectus enumerates the composition of our group of generalists as

well as specialists working in the trenches, in medically underserved areas or in the

academic centers expanding the frontiers of science. It also lists our contributions to

American medicine, given that a physician of Indian origin sees every 7th patient in

this country. The AAPI Charitable Foundation does a phenomenal job in supporting

many clinics in rural India while members of AAPI component chapters operate

clinics to help the poor and needy in this country.

Please visit the website www.aapiconvention.org/sanantonio for more details, or call

the AAPI Office for further information.

    See you in San Antonio.
