DIRECTIONS:

Take the N2 from Cape Town heading towards Somerset West and continue until you reach Sir Lowry’s Pass. Continue

over this pass and then turn left onto the R43 (to Hermanus). Continue on this road for approximately 10 km until R44

(Kleinmond sign) where you turn right. Follow the road for about 2 km until you see the Arabella Country Estate sign on

your left.

Or take the spectacularly scenic coastal route from Gordon’s Bay (off the N2 from Cape Town), passing through Betty’s

Bay and Kleinmond. Follow the road for about 8 km until you see the Arabella Country Estate sign on your right. The hotel

is situated in the Arabella Country Estate.

From Caledon take the N2 west towards Cape Town and then turn left onto the R43 (to Hermanus). Continue on this

road for approximately 10 km until R44 (Kleinmond sign) where you turn right. Follow the road for about 2 km until you

see the Arabella Country Estate sign on your left. The Arabella Hotel and Spa is situated on the Arabella Country Estate

KOGELBERG CENTREThe Kogelberg Centre / Ballroom provides spectacular views over the 18-hole Peter Matkovich golf course, Botrivier

Lagoon and Nature Reserve. With “state-of-the-art” Audio Visual equipment, technology and beautiful organic décor, this

multi-functional room is equally appropriate for any type of occasion, presentation or conference. This double-volume

room measures in at 453 square meters and can accommodate up to 360 people (cinema set-up). One of its unique features

allows you to divide the room into 3 smaller private rooms by using the acoustic retractable panels. The room is flanked

by a pre-assembly area that accommodates up to 150 people standing, and with the terrace added, up to 350 GUESTS at

any given time.

ORCA CENTREThis multi-functional venue is equally appropriate for any type of occasion, presentation or conference and is sub-divided

into 2 sections. This room measures in at 138 square meters and can accommodate up to 110 people (cinema set-up). The

rooms are filled with natural light and have an extraordinary view over the hotel pool and across the valley. The foyer area

can be used for welcome drinks or as a relaxation space during breaks. The venues are equipped with state-of- the-art

built-in drop-down screens and data projectors.

BUSINESS CENTREOur Business Centre consists of five boardrooms for business executive meetings or smaller conference groups. Each of

these rooms is equipped with the necessary and latest equipment from LCD Projectors, Television and Sound equipment.

All ready to “plug-and-play” with connectivity to the ISDN, data and fax points. Facilities include full secretarial services,

facsimile, colour-photocopier travel desk, and two Internet booths to only list a few.
