Al Coulolias' nearly 30 years of experience as a business owner – in addition to his knowledge ofcommercial real estate – makes him an excellent resource on sales and negotiations for his NationalRealty Network clients. His educational background includes a bachelor’s degree from Loyola University.Al spent the bulk of his business career founding and then leading a telecommunications corporation,which reached $15 million in annual sales. The operation was ranked in Money Magazine’s “Top 500Fastest-Growing Companies” in 1985 and 1986. After selling his firm to a publicly held company, Albecame an equity owner in a foodservice company. The intense marketing strategy he helped developand implement, allowed this firm to dramatically increase its annual revenues beyond $100 million. Thisfirm was sold to a Fortune 100 company. Then Al turned his attention to commercial real estate,becoming a partner in a Chicago real estate venture. This allowed Al to hone his skills in propertymanagement and leasing, plus a number of aspects of real estate investment. In addition, Al joined anational commercial real estate firm. Here, he successfully represented buyers and sellers in multi-milliondollar transactions. Al is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, theNational Association of Realtors, and the Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors. He holdsan Illinois Real Estate Broker’s License. Al also is a past board member of Holy Apostles Church inWestchester, Illinois; a fundraiser for The Alzheimer’s Association, The Parkinson’s Disease Foundation.Al is a volunteer for The Feed 6 organization which is a series of meal packaging events that feed hungrychildren and their families. He is also a Mason and a Medinah Shriner.
