a. Duly filled and signed copy of the Application Form

b. Copy of Birth Certificate

c. ID proof of the student and Parents (Aadhar Card/Passport and PAN Card for official records)

d. Copy of proof of permanent and current residence of the Parents

e. Complete academic transcript of the previous two classes attended by the students (for class II and above)

f. For class II and above, Transfer certificate (original). In case of board, the TC should be counter signed by the education officer

g.g. 3 Passport size photograph of the student and 3 photographs of the Parents with the name written behind each photograph

h. 1 Passport size photograph of the Guardian (if required for the official records)

i. Immunization Record of the student along with Blood Group report.

j. Caste certificate-In case of OBC/SC/ST
