FERRUTTI Building Contracting LLC is a general con-

tracting company with a wide range of activities includ-

ing, but not limited, to the following

PROJECT & CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT:

CONCEPTION/INITIATION: Analyzing the project, including costs, tasks, deliverables and schedules.

PLANNING AND DESIGN: Developing the scope statement Selecting the planning team Estimating time and cost for activities Developing the budget Risk planning and gaining formal approval to begin work.

EXECUTION: complete the work de�ned in the project plan to accomplish the project's requirements.

MONITORING AND CONTROLLING: Project variables (cost, e�ort, scope, etc.) Identify corrective actions.

CLOSING: Contract closure & Project close.

LAND FOR CONTRIBUTIONHow to work on the land contribution? If you have a plot or parcel of land on which to build,

you can either sell it or exchange it for homes, o�ces, retail space... to be built.

Bene�ts to the contribution of land: If you decide to surrender their land

contribution FERRUTTI will extend the value per square meter. The value of

homes, once delivered, is more than double the price of the plot.

When pro�ts are enforced? Upon receipt of the works. The owner of the

plot even has two options : Stay with homes for sale or rent , or lease a

FERRUTTI sale thereof.

The mode of operation is as follows:

We visit the plot to measure it.

We make a small study of ground �oor area.

We draw up a small project.

We make an o�er.

LAND MANAGEMENTFERRUTTI is present from the beginning of the construction, the land.

This includes specialists in the development of urban operations. Our company has alliances

with local partners and interventions. This gives us two main advantages:

A direct selection work lands and plots, and business opportunities anywhere in our country.
