EXHIBITORS PLEASE NOTE

SCHEDULE ALTERATIONS: Should any changes to this schedule become necessary, alterationswill be published in the Dog Press and on www.highampress.co.uk at the earliest opportunity.

SHOW OPENS: The Show opens at 7.30am. Breed judging will commence at 9.00am each day.

DISABLED DRIVERS: Please use the Red Car Park. To qualify, the current official blue parking cardfor people with disabilities must be displayed. The vehicle will be checked on arrival to ensure thatit contains the person portrayed in the photograph to avoid abuse of the system. Have yourpass ready to be checked by the attendant on the gate. Users of the Red Car Park may collect theircatalogues from the Secretary’s Office.

RESPONSIBILITY: Exhibitors are reminded that the safety of their dogs and personal property is theirsole responsibility. Removal orders will not be checked except in the case of an emergency. Theparent or guardian of any child causing any damage whatsoever on the showground will beliable to prosecution.

CARAVAN PARK: For queries and information telephone TCAS who operate this site on 01684584927. Pay warden on arrival, pre-booking not available. Arrivals accepted from 10am on Monday 4thJune depart by Monday 11th June. Charges will be £16 per night. Limited electric hook-ups available at£5 per night on a first-come first-served basis.

NOT FOR COMPETITION: Full details of dogs to be included on the entry form when entering. Dogsmust be four months of age or over on the first day of the show. Bench provided adjacent to the dogsentered for competition. There will not be a tent for unentered dogs.

SPECTATOR DOGS: ‘Spectator dogs’ aged from four months of age will be accepted on completion ofthe KC form. The fee of £10 per dog must be paid in cash. There will not be a tent for unentered dogs.

DOGS IN VEHICLES: No dogs are to be left in vehicles. The car park will be patrolled and actiontaken if necessary. The committee intend to refuse entries for future shows from exhibitors found, tothe satisfaction of the committee, to have left dogs in vehicles in a distressed condition. The KennelClub will also be informed.

GAZEBOS TENTS OR SIMILAR SHELTERS: May not be erected in the dog showing area.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO RECORDING: This condition applies on all land owned by the ThreeCounties Agricultural Society. Permission is given to accredited Press photographers to takephotographs for use in newspapers, magazines and internet sites for news purposes only. It isacceptable to video a general overview of the show and to video your own dogs. It is also acceptable tovideo/photograph other exhibitors and their dogs provided the prior consent of the owner(s) isobtained. It is prohibited to video/photograph where consent has not been given and where recordingis unwelcome and unwanted. Should the use of a video recorder/camera become invasive orunwelcome the user must immediately abide by any request to stop filming.

EXHIBITORS PASSES: For On-line entries only. You will receive your Exhibitors Passes at theappropriate time through your personal on-line account - not through the post. Approximately 2 weeksbefore the show you will be informed by email that your Exhibitors Passes are in your account and bySMS text to your mobile phone if you wish. Take these steps: Login to your account and choose theoption ‘My Account History’ there you will see with your Show Entry record a line saying Download yourExhibitors Pass -click this link and your Exhibitors Pass will appear - print it and take it to the show.There may also be a Show Information Leaflet. RULES & REGULATIONS1 Opening Times: The Show will open at 7.30am each day.2 Arrival of Dogs: Dogs will be received up to 12 noon and after which time no dogs may be received except under

exceptional and unforeseen circumstances and by special permission of the Show Management.3 Judging Times: Judging will commence at 9.00am. Should the number of entries received require the committee

to re-schedule the starting times of breeds the Society will publish the revised times in the Dog Press.4 Removal of Dogs: Exhibits may be removed from the Show after their judging has been completed. Exhibits may

not be removed any earlier unless by written order of the Veterinary Surgeon, Veterinary Practitioner or of theShow Management and then only in very exceptional and unforeseen circumstances which must be reported tothe Kennel Club. The Show will close half an hour after all judging has been completed at which time all dogs mustbe removed.

5 Cooking Stoves: The use of cooking stoves in the proximity of tenting and benching areas is forbidden except asauthorised by the Show Management.

6 Entry Fees: Details of entry fees are on page 3. All entry fees quoted in this schedule and on the entry form areinclusive of VAT, registration number 274 1807 54. Entry fees will not be refunded once an entry has been made.Entries may be made online at www.dog.biz.

7 Prize Money: See page 7 for details.8 Refusal of Entries: The Committee reserve to themselves the power to refuse on reasonable grounds, or to

exclude or remove any dog which in their opinion is suffering from any disease, savage disposition, vice or naturalcauses, or is not in a fit state for exhibition, and if such exclusion takes place either before or after the dog is judgedthe entrance fee will be forfeited. Once a dog has been removed from the Show for any of these reasons, it shallnot be brought into the Show at any other time under any circumstances and the cause will be reported to theKennel Club. No dogs that are suffering from any infectious or contagious disease or have been exposed to the riskof such disease during a period of twenty one days prior to the Show may be exhibited. Exhibitors infringing thisregulation will be liable to be fined and/or be dealt with by the Kennel Club.

9 Puppies: Puppies under six calendar months of age on the first day of the Show are not eligible for exhibition.10 Mating of Bitches: The mating of bitches within the precincts of the Show is forbidden.11 Best Puppy in Show: On 1 January 2015 the Kennel Club suspended the Kennel Club Show Regulations which

stipulated that dogs must be entered and exhibited in a breed class before exhibiting in an Any VarietyClass/Stakes Class and that only unbeaten dogs were eligible to compete in the group or best in showcompetitions. From 1 January 2018 this suspension will be made permanent and included in the FRegulations.Where a Best Puppy in Show competition is scheduled the Best Puppy in Show is a puppy which has competedand is unbeaten by any other puppy exhibited at the same show. A puppy is a dog of six and not exceeding twelvecalendar months of age on the first day of the Show. Where the Best of Breed, Best in Group or Best in Show is apuppy it should automatically be awarded Best Puppy in Breed, Best Puppy in Group and Best Puppy in Showrespectively. Similarly, if the Reserve Best of Breed, Reserve Best of Group or Reserve Best in Show is a puppywhich has only been beaten by an adult dog it should also automatically be Best Puppy in Breed, Best Puppy inGroup and Best Puppy in Show respectively. Consequently, selection of Best Puppy in Breed, Best Puppy inGroup and Best Puppy in Show must follow the selection of Best of Breed and Best in Show respectively.(a) Championship Shows Judged on the Group System

(Definition; Shows judged on Group System - Refer to Regulation 27B.)(1) Best Puppy in Breed

A Best Puppy must be declared in each breed from puppies entered in the breed classes.(2) Best Puppy in Group

On 1 January 2015 the Kennel Club suspended the Kennel Club Show Regulations which stipulated thatdogs must be entered and exhibited in a breed class before exhibiting in an Any Variety Class/StakesClass and that only unbeaten dogs were eligible to compete in the group or best in show competitions.From 1 January 2018 this suspension will be made permanent and included in the F Regulations.Best Puppy in Group and subsequent Puppy Group placings must be selected from:-(a) Those puppies declared Best Puppy in Breed provided that they are unbeaten by any other puppy.(b) The puppy declared Best Puppy from the Any Variety Not Separately Classified classes in each group

or on each day provided it is unbeaten by any other puppy.(3) Best Puppy in Show

On 1 January 2015 the Kennel Club suspended the Kennel Club Show Regulations which stipulated thatdogs must be entered and exhibited in a breed class before exhibiting in an Any Variety Class/StakesClass and that only unbeaten dogs were eligible to compete in the group or best in show competitions.From 1 January 2018 this suspension will be made permanent and included in the F Regulations.Best Puppy in Show must be selected from the Best Puppy in Group winners provided they are unbeatenby any other puppy.

(b) Withdrawal from CompetitionPuppies which become eligible for Best Puppy in Group and Best Puppy in Show may be withdrawn from allother competition, other than breed classes and Best Puppy in Breed, prior to the competition for Best Puppy inGroup and Best Puppy in Show as appropriate, in order to remain unbeaten. A puppy beaten in competition forBest Puppy in Group or Best Puppy in Show may subsequently be exhibited in all competition for which it waspreviously eligible. The dog declared Best Puppy in Show, however, must not compete in any subsequentcompetition. Puppies may be withdrawn from Any Variety Classes when judged before Breed Classes.

(c) ProvisoFor the purpose of this Regulation, dogs beaten in competition for Stud Dog, Brood Bitch, Progeny, Brace andTeam or a Special Award confined to one breed will not be considered to be a beaten dog.

12 Best in Show: On 1 January 2015 the Kennel Club suspended the Kennel Club Show Regulations whichstipulated that dogs must be entered and exhibited in a breed class before exhibiting in an Any VarietyClass/Stakes Class and that only unbeaten dogs were eligible to compete in the group or best in showcompetitions. From 1 January 2018 this suspension will be made permanent and included in the FRegulations.The dog declared Best in Show is a dog which has competed and is unbeaten by any other dog exhibited at thesame Show.Definition of a Category 3 Breed: A breed from time to time designated by the General Committee as requiringparticular monitoring by reason of visible condition(s) which may cause health or welfare concerns. The list ofdesignated Category 3 Breeds is kept under regular review.(a) Shows Judged on the Group System

(Definition; Shows judged on the Group System includes classes for breeds within more than one Group, asdefined in Kennel Club Regulation B(A); and requires a judge to declare a Best of each Group after which theexhibits so declared will compete for the award of Best in Show and Reserve Best in Show.)(1) Best of Breed

Where a breed is separately classified a Best of Breed may be declared but only from those dogs whichhave received a first prize in a breed class at the show. Where separate classes are provided for each sexof a breed a Best of each Sex must be declared.NOTE: The Best of Breed/Best Any Variety Not Separately Classified award relevant to a Category 3Breed will not be confirmed until the dog has passed an examination by the General and GroupChampionship Show Veterinary Surgeon.

(2) Best of GroupOn 1 January 2015 the Kennel Club suspended the Kennel Club Show Regulations which stipulated thatdogs must be entered and exhibited in a breed class before exhibiting in an Any Variety Class/StakesClass and that only unbeaten dogs were eligible to compete in the group or best in show competitions.From 1 January 2018 this suspension will be made permanent and included in the F Regulations.Best of Group and subsequent Group placings must be selected from:-(a) The Best of Breed winners in each group provided that they are unbeaten winning dogs.(b) The best unbeaten winning dog from the Any Variety Not Separately Classified classes in each group

or on each day.NOTE: The dog declared Best of Breed/Best Any Variety Not Separately Classified from a breeddesignated by the Kennel Club as a Category 3 Breed is not eligible to compete in the Group competitionunless it has passed an examination by the Show’s Veterinary Surgeon. If the dog fails to pass theexamination it is ineligible to compete in the relevant Group.

(b) Withdrawal from other CompetitionDogs which become eligible for Best of Group and Best in Show may be withdrawn from all other competitionother than breed classes and Best of Breed prior to the competition for Best of Group or Best in Show asappropriate in order to remain unbeaten. A dog beaten in competition for Best of Group or Best in Show maysubsequently be exhibited in all competition for which it was previously eligible. The dogs declared Best inShow and Reserve Best in Show however, must not compete in any subsequent competition. Dogs may bewithdrawn from Any Variety Classes when judged before Breed Classes.

(c) ProvisoFor the purposes of this Regulation, dogs beaten in competition for Stud Dog, Brood Bitch, Progeny, Braceand Team or a Special Award confined to a single breed, will not be considered to be beaten dogs.

13 Admission to Group Judging: Exhibits will not be admitted to Group or Best in Show competition after a period often minutes has elapsed since the announcement that exhibits are required for judging, unless they have beenunavoidably delayed by previous judging not being completed on time, and then only with the special permission ofthe Show Management.

14 Harsh Handling: Exhibitors must not pick up dogs by their tails and leads when lifting them. This is not acceptable.Exhibitors should note that such practice would constitute harsh handling and reports of such practice will bereferred to the Committee under Kennel Club Show Regulation F11.

15 It is not acceptable to handle a dog in a manner which causes its feet not to touch the ground when on the move.Exhibitors should note that such practices could constitute harsh handling and reports of such practice will bereferred to the Committee under Kennel Club Show Regulation F11.

16 Regulation F: All exhibitors must be familiar with Kennel Club Regulation F Annex B — Regulations for thePreparation of Dogs for Exhibition.

17 Overseas Exhibitors: All dogs resident outside the UK must be issued with a Kennel Club Authority to Competenumber before entry to the show/event can be made. All overseas entries without an Authority to Compete numberwill be returned to the exhibitor/competitor.

18 Dogs in Vehicles on Hot Days: Your dog is vulnerable and at risk during hot weather and the Kennel Club offers thefollowing guidance to help guide you through the do’s and don’ts travelling to and whilst at Kennel Club licensed events.• When travelling to a show please take a moment to consider whether the route to the show is on a busy

holiday route, and leave earlier to avoid increased time in traffic jams.• If your vehicle is not air-conditioned seriously consider whether travelling to the show is a good idea at all.• The vehicle should be as fully ventilated as possible, and plenty of stops should be taken, with lots of water

available to drink.• Ensure your dog is not sitting in full sunlight. There should be plenty of free flowing air around the dog.• When at the show, never leave your dog in the vehicle.• Keep the dog in the shade — take your own shade, for example a large umbrella and always have plenty of

water available to drink so your dog stays well hydrated.• Avoid your dog taking part in unnecessary exertion, or from standing in exposed sunlight for extended lengths

of time.Remember, if you feel hot your dog is very likely to feel much hotter and dehydrated, and this could lead to direresults. Please look after your dog’s welfare. WARNING: IF YOUR DOG IS FOUND TO BE AT RISK, FORCIBLEENTRY TO YOUR VEHICLE MAY BE NECESSARY WITHOUT LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED.Anyone whose dog is entered at a Kennel Club licensed event should take all reasonable steps to ensure theneeds of their dog(s) are met, and should not put a dog’s health and welfare at risk by any action, default, omissionor otherwise. Breach of Kennel Club Regulations in this respect may be referred to the General Committee fordisciplinary action under Kennel Club Limited Rules and Regulations. Exhibitors/Competitors are reminded thatshow societies have the right under Kennel Club Regulation to refuse any entry.

19 Not For Competition: Not For Competition entries will be accepted. Details of each dog so entered must berecorded on the entry form and must be Kennel Club registered. Puppies must be four months of age or over onthe first day of the show to be eligible for entry as not for competition. Furthermore, dogs aged four calendarmonths of age and over are eligible to enter Match Competitions.

20 Schedule Amendments: No modifications will be made to this Schedule except by permission of the GeneralCommittee of the Kennel Club, which will be followed by advertisement in the Canine Press wherever possible.

21 Judges: Should any of the Judges be prevented from fulfilling their engagements, the Committee reserve tothemselves the right of appointing other Judges to fulfill their duties. Exhibitors are at liberty to withdraw fromcompetition but no entry fees can be refunded.

22 Grooming: All exhibitors must be familiar with Kennel Club Regulation F Annex B – Regulations for thePreparation of Dogs for Exhibition. Grooming areas will be provided for the convenience of exhibitors desiring toclean and prepare their dogs for exhibition and no exhibitor will be permitted to clean and prepare their dogs forexhibition anywhere in the Show except in these places.

23 Vet: A Veterinary Surgeon will be in attendance – any fees incurred must be paid by the exhibitor at the time ofconsultation.

24 Medical: Red Cross/St. John Ambulance will be in attendance.25 Catalogues: Full catalogues can be booked with entries at £6 each or purchased at the Show at £7 each.26 Entries: All entries must be made on or before Friday 21st April 2017 (Postmark). Entry fees will not be refunded

once an entry has been made. There will be a charge of £20 levied against cheques which are not honoured. TheCommittee reserve to itself the right to refuse entries.

27 Caravans: All caravans must be fitted with or carry a suitable fire extinguisher. Caravan awnings will be allowedbut windbreaks, gazebos etc will only be allowed at the discretion of the caravan warden. Dogs must be kept on alead at all times whilst within the caravan site or on the showground. All fouling must be picked up and disposed of.Dogs must not be exercised on the main showground. Prepaid reservation fees will not be refunded.

28 Benching: (1) Dogs should be present on their benches at all times except (a) when being judged, (b) when beingprepared for exhibition and/or being exercised.(2) In certain circumstances dogs must be present on their benches at all times if required by the show management.(3) Dogs may be removed from their benches by order of the Veterinary Practitioner or Show Management. Nodecorations, cards or other notices may be displayed on the bench except the Official Prize Cards and exhibitor’snames and addresses as per KC Regulations. The benching is provided by the Society in accordance with KCLimited Rules and Show Regulations and whilst the Society has taken all reasonable steps to ensure that thebenches provide reasonable security to dogs, owners of dogs using the benching will be solely responsible for anyinjury or damage suffered by their dog(s) as a result of a defect in the benching or manner of construction thereof.The Society excludes all liability under the Occupiers Liability Act 1957 with respect to any such damage or injury.Under no circumstances may partitions between dogs be moved, such action weakens the general structure of thebenching and is contrary to KC Show Regulations F(1) 5c.

29 Exercise: Exercise in the rings is strictly prohibited.30 Gangways: Gangways must be kept clear. (KC Rule F(1) 5e applies). Any obstructions will be removed by

authorised officials. Non-compliance may result in disqualification. Grooming and storage areas will be provided.31 Responsibility: Exhibitors are reminded that the safety of their dogs is their sole responsibility. Removal orders

will not be checked except in the case of an emergency. The Committee will be most anxious for the care andsafety of exhibitors and exhibits, however, it must be distinctly understood by exhibitors and spectators at the showthat the Committee will not be responsible for the entire or partial loss or detention of, or damage to any dogs orany other property, whether arising from accident or any other cause whatsoever, or from any act of omission ofthemselves, their officers, servants, agents or others. Exhibitors and spectators will be held responsible for anydamage to property or equipment within the environs of the Showground caused by their children in their care. It is onthis understanding that entries are accepted.

32 Abide by Rules: All rules and regulations, or definitions, or instructions in the nature of rules and regulations,printed for convenience in other parts of this schedule shall be deemed to form part of these rules and regulations.Every exhibitor making an entry or entries at or for this show shall be deemed to have agreed to abide by theKennel Club and Society rules and regulations printed herein, and it is on this understanding only that entries areaccepted. Should any question arise which is not provided for in these Regulations or by the Kennel Club rules, thedecision of the committee shall be final, subject to appeal to the Kennel Club.

33 Photography and Video Rights: The Organisers would like to bring the regulation on photography and filming tothe attention of exhibitors, trade stands, press and visitors.It is a condition of all those attending the event that no filming or other form of recording may be taken or made atthe venue without express written permission of the organisers. The taking of photographs in the show venue forsale or reward is strictly prohibited except with the written permission of the Organisers. Press accreditedphotographers are provided with permission to take photographs ONLY for use in newspapers, magazines andinternet sites – this is for news purposes only. There is no objection to the general public taking photographs ofgeneral views of the show, provided that these are for private use. Specific dogs may be photographed only withthe approval of the exhibitor. No photography or filming is permitted in breed judging rings whilst judging is actuallytaking place. However, judges may allow it to happen at the end of classes or after the Challenge Certificate isawarded. Filming and flash photography is allowed from outside the rings at all times unless the operation of thecamera is actually affecting exhibits. However, if a powerful flash unit is used or it is clear that exhibits are beingaffected, a ring steward or the judge is empowered to stop the person concerned.

REGULATIONS FOR THE PREPARATION OF DOGS FOR EXHIBITION F (B)1 These Regulations must be observed when a dog is prepared for exhibition and/or exhibited at any Kennel Club

Licensed event. Objections may be referred to the General Committee for disciplinary action under these ShowRegulations and/or for disciplinary action under Kennel Club Rule A42.(a) A dog found to have been exhibited in breach of these Regulations will automatically be disqualified from

exhibition at the show and from any award gained thereat.(b) Unless the exhibitor provides a satisfactory explanation for the dog being exhibited in breach of these

Regulations then he/she may be subject to further penalties of either a fine or as listed under Rule 42.2 (a) No substance which alters the natural colour, texture or body of the coat may be present in the dog’s coat for

any purpose at any time during the Show. No substance which alters the natural colour of any external part ofthe dog may be present on the dog for any purpose at any time during the Show.

(b) Any other substance (other than water) which may be used in the preparation of a dog for exhibition must notbe allowed to remain in the coat or on any other part of the dog at the time of exhibition.

3 No act or operation which alters the natural conformation of a dog or any part thereof may be performed except:(a) Operations certified to the satisfaction of the General Committee.(b) The removal of dewclaws of any breed.(c) Operations to prevent breeding, provided that such operations are notified to the Kennel Club before neutered

dogs are shown.Nor must anything be done calculated to in the opinion of the General Committee to deceive.

4 The General Committee without previous notice may order an examination of any dog or dogs at any Show. Anyexamination thus ordered will be made by a person having executive authority who shall have a written directivefrom the Kennel Club in their possession. Samples may be taken for further examination and analysis.

5 An individual has the right to lodge an objection to a dog only if he/she is the owner or handler of a dog competingin the same breed or class, an objection may, however, be lodged by an official of the Show or by anyone sodeputed by the Kennel Club. It will be the responsibility of the individual who lodges the objection or the official (asappropriate) to substantiate the grounds for the objection. The Kennel Club will substantiate the grounds for anobjection made on its behalf.

6 Any objection by an individual related to an infringement of these Regulations must be made in writing to the ShowSecretary at his/her office before the close of the Show and the individual must produce evidence of identity at thetime of lodging the complaint.

DEFINITIONS OF CLASSESIn the following Definitions, a Challenge Certificate includes any show award that counts towards the title of

Champion under the rules of any governing body recognised by the Kennel Club.Wins at Championship Shows in breed classes where Challenge Certificates are not on offer shall be counted

as wins at Open Shows.In the case of a dog owned in partnership and entered in Members’ Classes or competing for Members’

Specials, each partner must at the time of entry be a member of the Society.In estimating the number of awards won, all wins up to and including the seventh day before the date of closing

of Postal entries shall be counted when entering for any class i.e. Friday 13th April 2018.Wins in Variety Classes do not count for entry in Breed Classes, but when entering for Variety Classes, wins in

both Breed and Variety Classes must be counted. A First Prize does not include a Special Prize of whatever value.A dog is not eligible for entry in Variety Classes unless also entered and subsequently exhibited in a Breed

Class where such a class is provided for which it is eligible, as provided in Kennel Club Definitions of Classes.

Exemptions from this Regulation are:On 1 January 2015 the Kennel Club suspended the Kennel Club Show Regulations which stipulated that dogs mustbe entered and exhibited in a breed class before exhibiting in an Any Variety Class/Stakes Class and that onlyunbeaten dogs were eligible to compete in the group or best in show competitions. (1) A Puppy, unless a class for dogs under twelve months of age for which it is eligible is provided for the breed.(2) A dog in Any Variety Veteran Class.(3) A dog in Any Variety Champion Class.(4) A dog which is withdrawn from exhibition in breed classes as a result of the appointment of an emergency judge.(5) A dog in YKC Stakes Classes.(6) A dog in Good Citizen Scheme Classes.(7) Exhibits bred by the scheduled breed Judge.If an exhibitor reports before the judging of a class or classes that a dog has been entered which is ineligible,

the exhibitor may choose one of the following options:WithdrawalThe dog may be withdrawn from competition subject to the conditions of Regulations 9(j) and 20.Transfer(a) If a dog is ineligible for a class or classes as regards its breed, colour, sex, weight or height, the Show

Secretary shall transfer it to the equivalent class or classes for the correct breed, colour, sex, weight orheight or, in the event of there being no equivalent class, Minor Puppy and Puppy excepted to the Openclass for the correct breed, colour, sex, weight or height.

(b) For an exhibit entered incorrectly in a Minor Puppy Class, Puppy Class or Junior Class, which is over agebut under 12 calendar months of age, 18 calendar months of age or 24 calendar months of agerespectively, the Show Secretary shall transfer the exhibit to the Puppy Class, Junior Class or YearlingClass respectively for the correct breed, colour, sex, weight or height and in the event of there being noPuppy, Junior or Yearling Class, to the Open Class for the correct breed, colour, sex, weight or height.

(c) For any reason other than the above, the Show Secretary shall transfer it to the Open Class for the correctbreed, colour, sex, weight or height.

If an exhibit arrives late and misses a class, even if it is the only class in which the dog is entered, the dog maynot be transferred to any other class.MINOR PUPPY—For dogs of six and not exceeding nine calendar months of age on the first day of the Show.PUPPY—For dogs of six and not exceeding twelve calendar months of age on the first day of the Show.JUNIOR—For dogs of six and not exceeding eighteen calendar months of age on the first day of the Show.YEARLING—For dogs of twelve and not exceeding twenty four calendar months of age on the first day of the Show.UNDERGRADUATE—For dogs which have not won a Challenge Certificate or three or more First Prizes at

Championship Shows (Minor Puppy, Special Minor Puppy, Puppy & Special Puppy classes excepted), whetherrestricted or not, where Challenge Certificates were offered for the breed.

GRADUATE—For dogs which have not won a Challenge Certificate or four or more First Prizes at ChampionshipShows in Graduate, Post Graduate, Minor Limit, Mid Limit, Limit and Open Classes, whether restricted or not,where Challenge Certificates were offered for the breed.

POST GRADUATE—For dogs which have not won a Challenge Certificate or five or more First Prizes atChampionship Shows in Post Graduate, Minor Limit, Mid Limit, Limit and Open Classes, whether restricted or not,where Challenge Certificates were offered for the breed.

MID LIMIT—For dogs which have not become Show Champions under Kennel Club Regulations or under the rules ofany governing body recognised by the Kennel Club or won 3 or more CC/CACIB/CAC Green Stars or won five ormore First Prizes in all at Championship Shows in Mid Limit, Limit or Open Classes, confined to the breed,whether restricted or not, at shows where Challenge Certificates were offered for the breed.

LIMIT—For dogs which have not become Show Champions under Kennel Club Regulations or under the rules of anygoverning body recognised by the Kennel Club or won 3 or more CC/CACIB/CAC Green Stars or won seven ormore First Prizes in all at Championship Shows in Limit or Open Classes, confined to the breed, whether restrictedor not, at shows where Challenge Certificates were offered for the breed.

OPEN—For all dogs of the breeds for which the class is provided and eligible for entry at the Show.VETERAN—For dogs of not less than seven years of age on the first day of the Show.CHAMPION—For dogs which have been confirmed a Champion, Show Champion or Field Trial Champion.

Champion classes may not be scheduled for individual breeds or variety of breeds.ANY VARIETY NOT SEPARATELY CLASSIFIED—For breeds of dog for which no separate breed classes are

scheduled.IMPORTED REGISTER—For breeds confined to the Imported Breeds Register and only when an Interim Breed

Standard has been published by the Kennel Club. Such breeds may be exhibited in this class only, and areineligible for any other competition whatsoever.

SPECIAL BEGINNERS—Neither dog, owner or handler to have won a Challenge Certificate.NOT FOR COMPETITION—Societies may at their discretion, accept Not For Competition entries. Societies may

accept such entries from Kennel Club registered breeds of dog not included within the title of the Society and atShows held over more than one day, such entries may be accepted on any day from any breed.

GOOD CITIZEN DOG SCHEME—For dogs which have obtained their GCDS Bronze Award or above.

Approximately 2 weeks before the show you will be informed by emailthat your Exhibitors Passes are in your account + by SMS text to yourmobile phone if you wish.

Take these steps: Login to your account and choose the option ‘MyAccount History’ there you will see with your Show Entry record a linesaying Download your Exhibitors Pass - click this link and yourExhibitors Pass will appear - print it - take it to the show.There may also be a Show Information Leaflet - print this.

Be aware that the Exhibitors Passes are not sent to you by email butwill be in your www.dog.biz account ready to be printed off by you andused at the show in the normal way. This will be a great saving to theSociety of the postal costs; envelopes etc.
