Arrival at Bangkok

Thailand has several cities where one can learn Thai cooking from a qualified local chef. You could do this course in Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket, Chiang Mai or in Samui.

Unlock the secrets of traditional Thai-style cooking. The best Thai food comes from using the freshest ingredients, along with the skillful art of preparation and combining the right ingredients at the right time to create an exceptional dish. So master this art of cooking, by learning from the experts. Our classes would include market visits and ingredient familiarization.

We will provide you with an excellent Local Chef who will give you instructions in English so that you can learn at least 4 dishes per day. Our full Basic program consists of 5 days as slotted

Day 1 – PenangCurryDay 2 – Green CurryDay 3 – Yellow CurryDay 4 – Red CurryDay 5 - Thai desserts

We will also try to accommodate any special requests you may have such as vegetarian menus or other special menu requests. Both morning and afternoon classes are available.

Some of the highlights of these classes are that

– You will be treated on a one-on-one basis. – You will cook your own dish– You will get all the ingredients from us– You will get a Recipe book in English

Everyday after classes, you will have enough time to go and visit a must-see place in the city as well as shop at the places with the best bargains.

The last 2 days of the trip are totally free for you to decide what you want to do.

BangkokThis beautiful city is full of surprises by the dozens. Experience the pulsating urban life at Bangkok through its buzzing markets, beautiful palaces, famous night life and so much more. Get a Thai massage, ride a tuk-tuk, taste tom-yum-goong and the green and yellow curries, take a dinner cruise on the Chao Phraya River, shop to your heart's desire; Bangkok is one city where you will never get bored.

PattayaPattaya is a beach city with a refreshing outlook. Adventure sports – parasailing, paragliding, sky diving, bungee jumping, under sea walk, etc all are just minutes away once you land on the beach. With huge shopping malls and show arenas, it's a place for all types of visitors. The Walking street is a must visit. So is the Nong Nooch Village, where you can see thousands of Orchids spread in the gardens along with Elephants and cultural shows.

PhuketThe quaint Old Phuket Town, the statue of Lord Buddha on the top of the Nakkerd Hills, temples and many such attractions at Phuket makes it a must-visit island of Thailand. For entertainment, there are cabaret shows, Thai boxing or performances by professional artists at Phuket Fantasea show! Or just head to the PhraTaew National Park for a serene and peaceful experience.

Chiang MaiA culturally significant city of Thailand, Chiang Mai is surrounded by mountains and is quiet and plush green. The peaceful Chiang Mai has various attractions to offer - from historical centre 'the walled city', beautifully decorated temples retelling its history, the night bazaars, a bowl of Kao Soi, a umbrella from Bo Sang as souvenir or view of Chiang Mai from DoiSuthep; Chiang Mai offers it all.

SamuiThe second largest island in Thailand, Samui offers you picturesque views of clean white sandy beaches and swaying coconut trees. Drive around the island and explore the sights the island has to offer. Visit the 80-foot tall gold-tiled Big Buddha at KohFaan, the wonderful Rocks at Lamai Beach or the Snake Farm.
