You can choose from some of our most popular ready made programs from this brochure.

This is a very exclusive way of discovering Europe. You have the choice of touring in a Standard Saloon Car for up to 2 pax or in a mid size vehicle like Ford Galaxy or similar for 3 – 4pax or Volkswagon Transporter or similar for Sightseeing Tours which are on a Private Basis and you will have an English Speaking Guide or any other language that you may require for all your Guided Tours.

Your Chauffeurs will offer you the greatest degree of flexibility as he/she will be able to accommodate your needs and changes to your schedule even on short notice.

All our vehicles are fully air-conditioned, constantly maintained and are of the highest standards. All Chauffeurs are fluent in English (some other languages also possible) and have extensive experience in touring knowledge of Europe.

Vehicles will be at your disposal from 0900hrs to 2000hrs daily. You may take regular stops and breaks at your leisure whenever or travel to places you would like to visit nearby.

Itinerary

Day 1 Paris

Meet and greet upon arrival and transfer to Hotel for check in by 1400hrs. Rest of the day free at leisure. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 2 Paris

Breakfast at Hotel. Today you will be taking the Paris Guided Panoramic City Tour. This excursion will enable you to discover Paris from threedifferent viewpoints. The first being a one and a half hour drive in the City. Second is a Boat Cruise down the Seine (Included), taking you backthrough 2000 years of Parisian history. Finally the third is an elevator ride up to the 2nd Floor of the Eiffel Tower (Entrance included), for abreathtaking panoramic view. The excursion will end at the Eiffel Tower. Later there will be time for shopping. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 3 Paris – Amsterdam

Breakfast at Hotel. Proceed to Amsterdam by vehicle en route enjoy the beautiful sights. Arrive and check into Hotel. Free at leisure. Overnight atHotel.

Day 4 Amsterdam

Breakfast at Hotel. Today enjoy a Guided City Panoramic Tour of Amsterdam. Day 5 Amsterdam – Brussels – London

Breakfast at Hotel. Today morning we will proceed to Brussels before heading to London. A short Orientation Visit to Brussels City centre whereyou have a chance today to see some important sights of Brussels like the Royal Palace, Atomium and the Mannekin Pis. Later proceed toBrussels Midi Station to connect your Eurostar Train from Brussels to Paris. (Standard Class Train Ticket Included). Meet and Greet uponarrival and transfer to Hotel. Day 6 London

Breakfast at Hotel. Today you can experience a Half Day Guided Panoramic Tour of London. Featuring Westminster Abbey founded over 1000years ago. This was the burial place of Kings, Statesmen, Poets, Scientists, Warriors and Musicians. The Abbey has seen all 38 coronations sincethat of William the Conqueror on Christmas Day 1066, as well as the funerals of Diana Princess of Wales and the Queen Mother. If a religiousservice prevents us from visiting inside the Abbey we will visit the Cloisters and Chapter House. We will take a trip past the Houses of Parliament,Downing Street; the official London residence of the British Prime Minister, as well as Horse Guards and Pall Mall. We alight near the Mall, thenonward via St. James ’s Palace to Buckingham Palace or the Horse Guards Parade. Buckingham Palace is the London residence of Her Majestythe Queen, where we hope to observe the changing of the Foot Guard. Alternatively we can view the changing of the household cavalry at theHorse Guards Palace. This is a chance for a unique, colourful public show and a great photo opportunity. Afternoon is free at leisure to shop inLondon. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 1 Edinburgh

Meet and greet upon arrival and transfer to your hotel. Check in Hotel (1400hrs). Rest of the day free to explore Edinburgh on your own. Overnightat Hotel

Day 2 Edinburgh

Breakfast at Hotel, today we proceed for a Morning Guided City Tour of Edinburgh with a visit to Edinburgh Castle. (Admission Included). Inthe afternoon we will proceed to Glasgow for a Guided Panoramic City Tour. In the evening return to Edinburgh. Overnight at Hotel

Day 3 Edinburgh

Breakfast at Hotel, Full Day Guided Tour of Loch Ness Tour. Explore the beautiful Scottish Highlands, discover majestic Urquhart Castle andtake a monster cruise on Loch Ness. We leave Edinburgh behind we head towards Stirling with its ancient castle then stop for morning coffee stopat Kilmahog. Next it's Rob Roy Country and dramatic Rannoch Moor before arriving at the Weeping Glen – Glen Coe, the infamous site of the 1692Massacre of the resident MacDonald by Government troops of the Campbell Clan. After a short drive we arrive at Fort William which sits in theshadow of Ben Nevis, Britain's highest mountain. After lunch there is time for a photo stop at Spean Bridge before we enter the scenic beauty of thefamous Great Glen, a landscape of soaring mountains and shimmering lochs. Our journey follows the route of the Caledonian Canal to Loch Nessand the impressive ruins of Urquhart Castle. The Castle provides a superb vantage point to see the deepest part of the loch. Here you can enjoy anoptional visit to the castle and take a short cruise on the loch. On our homeward journey, we pass by Inverness then enter the wild beauty of theCairngorm National Park. Our descent through the Grampian Mountains takes us into scenic Perthshire. We'll stop for refreshments in the heart of"Big Tree Country”. The last part of our tour takes us through the ancient Kingdom of Fife to the famous Forth Rail Bridge and the conclusion of ourtour in Edinburgh. Overnight at Hotel

Day 4 Edinburgh

Breakfast at Hotel. Full Day Guided Tour of Highland Glens, Castle Tour – we start the tour and make our way to the Kingdom of Fife and ourfirst stop of the day at Dunfermline Abbey and Palace. The great abbey of Dunfermline (optional- Entrance Not included) was founded in the 11thcentury by Queen Margaret and the foundations of the original building lie under the stunning 12th century Romanesque style nave. The AbbeyChurch is the last resting place of many Scottish kings and queens including the great freedom fighter Robert the Bruce. We continue our tourthrough beautiful Glen Devon and pass the famous Gleneagles Hotel, the venue for the 2014 Ryder Cup. The attractive spa town of Crieff is thelocation of quaint Glenturret Malt Whiskey Distillery (optional- Entrance Not included), the home of the Famous Grouse. You can get a behind-the-scenes tour of the distillery with an opportunity for a tasting and visit to the shop, a must for any whiskey connoisseur. Select a tasty dish fromthe lunch menu in the restaurant or take a stroll in the distillery’s extensive grounds. Next we venture into the Highlands taking the picturesqueroute through the "Sma Glen” and Strathbaan. Here the scenery takes on a rugged splendour, which is a fine introduction to the Highlands ofScotland. The picturesque villages of Dunkeld and Birnam are set on opposite banks of the River Tay in the heart of Highland Perthshire and makea very pleasant stop. There’s an opportunity for a gentle stroll when we stop at The Hermitage, an impressive wooded gorge. A pleasant walk willreward us with views an 18th Century folly overlooking the dramatic Falls of Black Linn. After our leisurely stroll we head southwards and travelthrough the undulating hills towards Perth and then through the Kingdom of Fife. Watch out for Loch Leven, forever linked to the tragic story ofMary, Queen of Scots. Enjoy fine views of the Firth of Forth and the Forth Bridges when we make our last stop of the day in pretty SouthQueensferry. It’s a short drive back to Edinburgh. Overnight at Hotel

Day 5 Edinburgh – St Andrews – Edinburgh

Breakfast at Hotel, We leave Edinburgh we travel across the Forth Road Bridge into the Kingdom of Fife. Our scenic coastal route takes us roundthe East Neuk of Fife, calling at Anstruther, a fishing village, also famous for the best “Fish & Chips” in Scotland. When we arrive in St. Andrews youhave three hours at leisure to explore the town, from the ruins of the 13th Century Castle to Scotland's Oldest University. St. Andrews is renownedas the Home of Golf, with four courses including the world famous Old Course and the British Golf Museum, which is well worth a visit. After wehave enjoyed ourselves in this fascinating town, we make our way to South Queensferry. This small town dates back to the 13th century. Here youwill view the famous bridges and can marvel at the great engineering feat of the Forth Rail Bridge, the largest cantilever bridge in the world. Laterreturn to Edinburgh. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 6 Edinburgh

Breakfast at Hotel, Day free at leisure to explore Edinburgh or surrounding areas, Overnight at Hotel.

Day 1 Rome

Welcome to Rome! A glorious city rich in classical antiquities, medieval buildings, Renaissance Palaces and Baroque Churches. Upon arrival atRome Airport or Train Station, you will be met and transferred to your Hotel. Check into Hotel by 1400hrs. There is time for leisure to explore orrelax. Perhaps spend some time in the boutiques of the Via del Corso or the elegant designer stores in the neighbourhood of the Via Condotti.Overnight at Hotel.

Day 2 Rome - Florence

Breakfast at Hotel. You can today experience the Guided City Panoramic Tour of Rome. This tour introduces you to the grandeur part of the City.Being one of the richest communities in the world, the independent Vatican State holds superb Vatican Museums which you will be able to visit.These include the Treasure House of the Catholic faith with vast collections of ancient and Renaissance Art, gathered by Popes over the ages.Marvel at Raphael's brilliant work as you continue into the Sistine Chapel, glorious masterpieces of Michelangelo's frescoes. Now enter St Peter'sBasilica, Observing Michelangelo's early ‘Pieta’ and Bernini's ‘Popes' Altar sited above the spot where St Peter is reputed to have been crucified.Cross the Tiber to hear tales of the glory of Ancient Rome as you view the Colosseum and overlook the Forum. Later we proceed to Florence.Arrive and check into Hotel. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 3 Florence – Pisa – Venice/Mestre

Breakfast at Hotel. Today you will embark on a Guided Walking Tour of Florence. This itinerary allows you to discover the origins of Florence andthe reasons that made her the birthplace of the Renaissance. The tour which lasts about 2 hours, is dedicated to all those who wish to learn moreabout the facts and secrets of over 2,000 years of Florentine History. Visit the City of Dante, and view the magnificent works and Art from artistssuch as Leonardo Da Vinci, Michelangelo, and other important figures. We leave Piazza della Repubblica where we discuss the City's Romanorigins, then walk towards Palazzo Davanzati where we shall take an inside tour. Afterwards we amble through some of the less crowded streetstowards Ponte Vecchio and finally enter Piazza Signoria through the Uffizi Courtyard. From this main Piazza and Civic Center our tour takes us pastthe Oratory of the Bonomini next to the House of Dante until we reach the City's religious centre. The tour finishes with the Cathedral and theBaptistery of St. John. Later we proceed to Pisa where we will see the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Later proceed to Mestre for your overnight stay. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 4 Venice/Mestre

Breakfast at Hotel. Today we will leave and move onto Venice where we travel by Water Boat (Included) to Venice Island you will take aPanoramic Walking Guided Tour of Venice. This interesting tour is centred around the history of St. Mark's Square and its main monuments. Wewill be visiting the St. Mark's Basilica with its marble and mosaics, and the Ducal Palace where the old Republic of Venice exercised their politicaland commercial powers in the Doge Palace. Next we will cross the Bridge of Sighs arriving at the famous Venice Jail. Finishing off the tour is achance to visit the glass factory on the island of Murano. (The visit to Murano is optional and not included in the Walking Tour) . The rest of theafternoon you are free to explore Venice. Afternoon is free at your leisure to explore Venice.At around 6pm you will take the water taxi and comeback to the mainland and meet your driver to transfer you to your hotel. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 3 Athens - Olympia

Breakfast at Hotel. Today we proceed to Olympia, en route visit the ancient theatre at Epidaurus, via the Corinth Canal. Then continue your journeyto Mycenae, via Nafplio, where you will view the Palamidi fortress. Mycenae was the seat of King Agamemnon who led the Greek armies againstTroy. Explore the ruined city, considered one of the finest archaeological sites in Greece. Visits are included to Lion’s Gate, the city walls and theroyal tomb. Arrive and Check into hotel. Day 4 Olympia - Delphi

Breakfast at Hotel. Today you will be taking a Half Day Guided Panoramic Tour of Olympia, the birthplace of the Olympic Games. Visit thetemples dedicated to Zeus and Hera, the first Olympic stadium and the archaeological museum. Then proceed to Delphi. Arrive and check intohotel. Day 5 Delphi - Kalambaka

Breakfast at Hotel. Experience a Half day Guided Panoramic tour of Delphi – a UNESCO world heritage site. Visit the Temple of Apollo and the museum, home toan impressive collection of ancient Greek sculptures and friezes. In the afternoon, travel north to Kalambaka. Arrive and check into your hotel. Day 6 Kalambaka - Athens

Breakfast at Hotel. Proceed for a Half day Guided Tour of Meteora to visit two of the seven striking monasteries built upon rock formations. Datingfrom the 14th to 16th centuries, they contain fine examples of Byzantine frescoes. Day 5 Ring of Kerry / Killarney

Breakfast at Hotel. It is interesting day as you will be going on a Guided Tour of Ring of Kerry Tour. We make a brief stop in the beautifulvillage of Waterville which is stunningly situated between the wild Atlantic Ocean and Lough Currane. Uniquely, this is the only village on the Ringof Kerry that is actually right on the coast. Enjoy a walk along the seafront or “Promenade” as the locals call it, where you can taste the salt water inthe air. Stop at Coomakista Pass. A stop at the Coomakista Pass is a must. This is one of the most photographed panoramas on the Ring of Kerryand for good reason. Here you will be over 215 metres (700 feet) above the sea with stunning views over Kenmare Bay, Abbey Island, DeenishIsland, Scariff Island and much more. Stop in Sneem. We will continue to Bled,the Slovenian pearl beneath the Alps. Bled is one of theSlovenian smallest cities, but very popular around the world. Here the ex Yugoslav President Josip Broz Tito had his summer residence. But thepositive energy of this place was discovered much earlier, so in Bled spread cultural and also spa tourism. With typical boat called »pletna« we willdrive to the island, where we can ring a bell of good luck. But carefully, here wishes come true! Free time on the island for taking pictures or fortasting typical Bled desserts, »kremšnite« (cream cakes). Continue to Bohinj to another glacial lake surrounded by integral nature and the peaks ofthe Julian Alps. Day 3 Ljubljana – Cerknica Lake – Piran - Ljubljana

Day 1 – Bucharest

Day 2 – Bucharest - Veliko Tarnovo

Breakfast at Hotel. Today morning we will proceed on a Guided Panoramic City Tour of Bucharest. A booming city with many large infrastructureprojects changing the old face of the city. Once known as "The Little Paris," Bucharest has changed a lot lately, and today it has become a veryinteresting mix of old and new that has little to do with its initial reputation. Finding a 300 year old church, a steel-and-glass office building andCommunist-era apartment blocks next to one another is a common sighting. This city offers some excellent attractions, and has, in recent years,cultivated a sophisticated, trendy, and modern sensibility that many have come to expect from a European capital. Later we head over to VelikoTarnovo, the once temporary capital of the country. A place filled with rich historical background. It hosted two major events namely the FirstConstituent Assembly in 1879, where the Tarnovo Constitution was then adopted and The First Grant National Assembly, electing Prince AlexanderI of Batenberg (1857-1893) for the Bulgarian ruler. In architectural terms, the appearance of the old part of the town takes the visitors in the past.Walking along Gurko street or Samovodskata Charshia (the crafts streets), the town guests have the possibility to see houses built over 200 yearsago, as well as to sense a completely different atmosphere. Day 3 – Veliko Tarnovo - Kazanlak - Plovdiv - Sofia

Breakfast at Hotel. Today we will visit to Tyulbeto Park and spot the sighting of an original Thracian tomb from the 4th – 3rd century BC. Known asthe Kazanlak Tomb, it is one of the most significant monuments of the Thracian culture in the Bulgarian lands, included in the list of the globalcultural inheritance of UNESCO in 1979. Its duplicate, constructed in scale 1:1, which presents the architecture, the archaeological materials andthe wall-paintings of the Kazanlak Tomb, is situated next to it. Then we will travel to Plovdiv, the second largest city in Bulgaria, situated on theMaritsa River. Its unique location on these ancient crossroads has stimulated strong cultural and political influences from East and Westcivilizations, and yet maintained its unique cultural identity. It boasts wide offerings for you with many parks and gardens, museums, archaeologicalmonuments and the most remarkable sight of the town, the Ancient Theater which often hosts open air performances. Visit its old part, called theOld Town, where sighting of houses from the National Revival period (18-19th century) are common, offering an imposing open-air museumsituated on the three hills of the ancient Trimontium. Day 4 - Sofia - Skopje

Breakfast at Hotel. We will go on a Guided City Tour of Sofia. In this tour you will see the highlights of the capital. Among the most impressivesites are the Alexander Nevski Cathedral that dominates the city, the round church of St. George, which is the best preserved Byzantine building,the church St Russian. Nikolas, the Banya Bashi Mosque, the ruins of ancient Serdica and some more. After our city tour we will head over to Rilaand and visit Vibrant Rila monastery. Stop to explore the monastery. Later proceed to Skopje. Arrive and check in hotel. Overnight at Hotel

Day 5 Skopje - Kosovo - Pristina

Breakfast at Hotel. We proceed for a Guided City Panoramic Tour of Skopje, capital of Macedonia and make visits to multiple locations such asthe old stone bridge (symbol of Skopje), Clock tower (Saat kula), famous and oldest market in Skopje Bitpazar, Skopje Bazaar. Later we willproceed to Pizren, a historic city located in Kosovo. It is the administrative center of the eponymous municipality and district. The city has apopulation of around 178,000 making it the second largest city in Kosovo. The residents of Prizren are mostly ethnic Albanians. Prizren is locatedon the slopes of the Šar Mountains in the southern part of Republic of Kosovo. The municipality has a border with Albania and the Republic ofMacedonia. Day 6 Pristine- Tetovo - Ohrid

Breakfast at Hotel. This morning we will do a short Guided Panoramic Tour of Pristina. We start in from of the three-storey portrait of Bill Clinton,and stroll past the university to the Grand Hotel and UNMIK. Follow Nena Tereze street towards the Skenderbeg monument and the newGovernment Building, then point yourself toward the historic mosques and meander through the tight lanes of the old quarter. You will see streetmarket stalls, kids hawking cigarettes and phone cards, qebabtores and cafes, and the vibrant community life of Kosovo's biggest city. Later weproceed to Tetovo. Although there may have been inhabitants in Tetovo's area as early as the Bronze Age, Tetovo was officially mentioned for a firsttime in the beginning of 13th century as a small medieval Orthodox settlement around the Sveta Bogorodica church in the upper part of town. Themany faces of Tetovo, once under the ruling of multiple countries, get ready to immerse within the rich historical background of the city withsightings of different architectures. Day 7 Ohrid - Berat - Tirana

Later we head to Berat, a city in southern Albania that lies along theOsum River, just west of Tomorr Peak.The town is situated among steep hills cut through by the Osum. Day 9 Budva - Kotor - Dubrovnik

Breakfast at Hotel. Explore Budva this morning. Then we will proceed to one of Montenegro’s most beautiful bays is Kotor, a city of traders andfamous sailors, with many stories to tell. The Old City of Kotor is a well preserved urbanisation typical of the Middle Ages, built between the 12thand 14th century. Medieval architecture and numerous monuments of cultural heritage have made Kotor an UNESCO listed "World Natural andHistorical Heritage Site". Through the entire city the buildings are criss-crossed with narrow streets and squares mid way to Dubrovnik, drivethrough the beautiful Bay of Kotor, the deepest fjord in the Mediterranean sea. The Montenegro Littoral provides incomparable natural beauties andan abundance of historical cities. Our drive takes us to the mouth of the Bay of Kotor and along the curving roadway through the towns of Risanand Perast to Kotor. What's Included in Tour Price

Hotel Accommodation: Prices per person are based on minimum 2 people traveling together.Breakfast will be Buffet in some hotels or table service in some hotels. .

All airport or train station or port transfers in every city will be on Private Basis.

All included train travel will be in Standard Class and air travel will be in Economy Class normally on Budget Carriers. ForAir travel on Budget Carriers only 1 Piece of checked in baggage of 15kg will be permitted on your flights. AdditionalBaggage or additional weight will be charged at the airport. Balance payment for the tour must be paid at least 60 days in prior to arrival date. In the event full payment isnot received 60 days prior arrival we reserve the right to charge a surcharge for additional train or airfares if anyin the reservations.

If reservations are done less than 60 days in advance than once reservations is confirmed we require full payment within3 days of reservations. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation charges should paymentsnot be received within the above specified periods.Any special meal requirements will be made on a REQUEST basis only. We cannot GUARANTEE special meal requestsnor will it assume any responsibility or liability if passengers' special meal requests are not fulfilled.

Travel Documents

Travel documents, including any air tickets and instructions for joining your tour in Europe will be sent to youapproximately 7 days prior to tour departure provided full payment has been received. If you're leaving home earlier, askyour Travel Agent to request travel documents in good time.

Cancellations, Refunds and Booking Changes

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing either by email or fax directly to us. A fee of Euro 50 per person will becharged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed unless the change increasesthe value of the booking. A change of tour date or tour itinerary within 21 days of tour departure will be treated as acancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply except when the change is to an earlier tour departure of equivalentor greater value in which case a Euro 30 per person amendment fee will be charged. The following scale of charges willapply when notice of cancellation is given after the booking is confirmed.

General Information and Conditions

Tour Prices: Are based on costs and exchange rates as at 1st May 2020. Should these costs change, a surcharge may bemade on the price of your tour. No surcharges in respect of cost or currency fluctuations will be made once payment forthe deposit of your tour is received. This guarantee excludes fuel surcharges and does not apply to any taxes, charges orlevies imposed by any government or their agencies. In exchange for these guarantees, no refund will be made if costsare reduced.

Itinerary Variations

ETM Global Limited In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary, we reservethe right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels.Tour Cancellation: ETM Global Limited reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance withoperating requirements or circumstances beyond its control.ETM Global Limited is not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.

Responsibility

ETM Global Limited referred to as the Operators, are the agents for ETM Global Limited we have empowered theOperators on its behalf to undertake the following duties:

The Operators shall be responsible to the passenger for supplying the services and accommodations described in thisprogram, except where such services cannot be supplied or the itinerary used is changed due to delays or other causesof whatever kind or nature beyond the control of the Operators. In such circumstances, the Operators will do their best tosupply comparable services, accommodations and itineraries and there shall be no refund in this connection.

This program represents the entire agreement between the passenger and the above mentioned Operators.

In the absence of their own negligence, neither the Operators nor their agents or co-operating organizations shall beresponsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution of equipment or any act or omission whatsoever byair carriers, hotels, transportation companies, or any other persons providing any of the services and accommodations topassengers including any results thereof, such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Norshall they be liable for injury, illness or death, or for any damages or claims whatsoever arising from loss, negligence ordelay from the act, error, or negligence of any person not their direct employee or under their exclusive control. Allbaggage and personal belongings are at all times at the passenger's own risk. Baggage Insurance is recommended. Thecarriers, hotels and other suppliers who provide services on tour are independent contractors; they are not agents,employees or servants of the Operators or their associated companies. The Operators are not responsible for anycriminal conduct by third parties.

Where the passenger occupies a motor coach seat fitted with a safety belt, neither the Operators nor their agents or co-operating organizations will be liable for any injury, illness or death or for any damages or claims whatsoever arising fromany accident or incident, if the safety belt is not being worn at the time of such accident or incident. Transportationcompanies, airlines etc. are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are noton board planes, transportation or conveyances. The passenger contracts in use by the airlines or transportationcompanies when used shall constitute the sole contract between the airline, transportation company and passenger orpurchaser of this tour and the Operators assume no responsibility in this connection. Enrollment in and payment for atour shall constitute agreement and acceptance by the passenger of the terms and conditions set forth in this programwhich cannot be varied except in writing by an officer of the Company. All matters arising are subject to English law.
