13. President and chairman will get royalty from the second annual functions after achievement.

17. Company can modify the award anytime without prior notice.

18. In the event of any misuse or abuse of the award by the freelancers company reserves the right to deny the offer & cancel the award.

19. If found the freelancers is not deserving company reserves the right to deny the offer & cancel the award.

20. Company reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice & liability & without assigning any reason whatsoever, to change / modify /

add / delete or vary all of these terms & conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this award by another offer, whether similar to this offer

or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.

1. Freelancers can achieve all rewards as per the given schedule.

2. Given time period is the maximum to achieve any reward, after the given time period reward will expire for the freelancer.

3. Duration & achievement date is from account activation date.

4. Career program rewards distribution will be in the annual function (26th April) every year.

5. To claim your position & reward need to accept the position by 31st of March every year. It is mandatory to accept the position before 31st

March to avail the rewards on the event of the Annual Function (26th April).

6. After taking any reward the team business count will again start from 1, as team business count will be zero for next reward.

7. If any freelancer claims cash amount at place of reward (Processing Charge, STP and TDS would be applicable).

8. Only paid freelancers of prime (15K) subscription are calculated for career program.

9. Add-on subscriptions are not applicable for this career program.

10. Rewards cannot be clubbed with any other freelancers account.

11. President and chairman will be rewarded by gifts in the rst annual function after achievement.
