April 29, 2011 To: All participating Schools and Students From: Mr. Michael Pillion, Superintendent
Mrs. Cindy Pozzi, Principal Oglesby Public Schools, District #125
On behalf of the Board and Administration of Oglesby Public Schools, we extend a
warm welcome to all participants in this year’s Band-O-Rama which we are very
pleased to host.
Over the years, many fine musicians have participated in this annual event and it will be
no different this year. These young people and their instructors have worked very hard
while preparing for these performances. Let’s all support and show our appreciation
throughout the weekend as the students showcase their talent.
Through the combination of the Friday evening concert and the many solos and
ensembles on Saturday, all visitors will be able to enjoy the results of the students’
efforts.
Best of luck to all students! Please let us know if there is anything that I can do to make
this event any more successful.
ENJOY THE MUSIC!
