In addition, select existing tenants will renovate their existing stores. The Shoppes at Carlsbad is currently home to more than 100 retail options, including anchor tenants Macy’s and Regal Cinemas, as well as specialty retailers like Victoria’s Secret, Vans Shoes, 24 Hour Fitness Super Sport, & Panera Bread. To better serve the community, The Shoppes at Carlsbad will expand and improve exterior and interior common areas, modernize amenities and cater to local families with child-friendly activations & a unique, water-inspired play area.
