February 13, 2017 Re: Affidavit Milk Effective March 1, 2017, all Grande milk deliveries are producer certified to be free of recombinant bovine somatotropin (rBST), also known as recombinant bovine growth hormone (rBGH). Grande Cheese Company has on file notarized producer affidavits, certifying that no dairy animals producing milk are being treated with recombinant bovine somatotropin (rBST). Grande Cheese Company retains those affidavits at our Fond du Lac, Wisconsin office. Given that we keep the identity of our producers and suppliers confidential, we will not provide any individual affidavits.
