Designed by famous architects Arne Hasslqvist andRobert Litwiller, the Mandalay Estate, initially namedBritannia Bay House, was built in the late 1980s for the Britishrock legend David Bowie. The property was subsequentlyowned by the billionaire and poet Felix Dennis who gave itits current name. Since 2014, the Mandalay estate hasbelonged to English entrepreneur Simon Dolan, who for thefirst time in history has decided to rent out the luxuryproperty to discerning guests.
